Deer Spring Canyon Tours — Attraction in Page City Limits

Excellent Tour! Top tier for safety! The tour group was smaller which allowed for a more personal experience. Our guide Nicole was friendly and very knowledgeable! The ride out & back provides beautiful views. Nicole took time to ensure everyone's cameras were on the best setting for capturing the beauty of the canyons, AND even ensured everyone got the best pictures for posting & sharing. Our trip included a private spot to view Horseshoe Bend... This greatly appreciated after learning that the "public viewing spot" isn't ideal..though I can not comment on the difference of the experience having only seen it through this tour.

I have one negative, and its potentially a big issue...or it almost was for us. When we arrived the tour company had no reference of my booking! I'm not sure where the disconnect happened... But I would highly recommend booking directly with the tour company, not though a third party booking app! Thankfully Deer Springs Tour company honored our ticket after providing proof of purchase. Other than this... I would ONLY see Antelope Canyons through a tour like this! P.S. Traveled in October - it was raining when we arrived & worried it would get cancelled..but the clouds cleared and it...

I am here with update.

I was there last Saturday with my Fiance. We gave $200 to lady on the front desk and asked charge rest from the card I gave her. After the tour I checked my bank account and noticed she charged whole amount from my cars and took $200 cash also.

I asked the driver Lady she was awesome driver by the way, she said it’s not the first time she is doing it. And she asked her boss for me to report the situation. The boss called the lady on front desk but she said she gave me the $200 back (lie).

But boss sent me an e mail saying I get refunded $200 but never received and now they are saying it will take 30 days.

Make sure checking your bank account because the lady on the front desk literally stealing the money. She might say oh I did by mistake and I could understand but she said her boss she gave the money back to me.

I never received my money back so far, will keep you updated.

DON’t steal money from your boss girl. Unfortunate!
