We purchased a dining room table for our new home and it was delivered today and we absolutely love it. The entire process from start to finish with Manzel was fabulous, the sales rep was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable and showed us several options. The delivery gentlemen were especially great, they were so nice and pleasant and assured us if we have any issues they are there to help. While they were putting out table together, Caesar, the head delivery guy took a call from a customer who wanted to exchange a table he just bought bec it didn’t quite fit the house. Caesar was so polite and pleasant and assured the customer that he would take care of it and get them something they wanted. After listening to that call I knew we made the right decision going with Manzel and will be going back with any future woodworking furniture we need. Thanks Caesar, Manzel is lucky...

You will not find a better store. Anywhere. Ever. I own a 280 year old home that requires a special touch when decorating. Searching online for countless hours yielded nothing until I happened upon this store. Immediately we drove there and purchased a dining room hutch, table, chairs, and a bench. The delivery team that came was absolutely phenomenal. They were prompt, neat, extremely quick, and helped setup the items with zero issues.

I went back to the store and also purchased a small liquor cabinet as well as a TV stand.

You can’t beat their prices, you can’t beat their service. There is literally nothing about this store I would change. When I go there, the employee remembers the color of the wood I ordered so I don’t have to guess whether it’ll match my other stuff. I recently purchased an extendable dining table (mango wood) from Manzel's. The customer service was above and beyond. I was unsure of the fit in my new renovated property. The staff at Manzel assured me that if I didn't like the table in place, that they would return it (minus a delivery fee).....other furniture stores will not do that. I took delivery a few weeks later. The table was perfect. I hosted a dinner a few nights later and one of my guests spilled something on the table that stained the table. I called Manzels.....they came and fixed my problem.......I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this company. The quality of workmanship is supreme and the customer support is 5 star.
