I did my son’s 10th Birthday party here and honestly it was really unorganized. Im never usually a person to complain about anything but here it goes. As soon as I got there, nobody even greeted us. Just eye looks and ignorance attitude. I told the guy in front about my reservation and he just mumbled something and had me follow him to the party room and just left me there. Didn’t tell me there party plan and didn’t even acknowledge mine or the Birthdayy boys presence . I literally had to demand him to explain to me what’s the plan because I wasn’t sure. He just look like he did not want to help me at all. He did a light explaining, but not too much. my boyfriend ended up speaking up for me because my patience couldn’t anymore. I had to keep asking for things that was included in the package when I felt like I didn’t have to ask. I understand if they were busy but it wasn’t as busy to just give others lazy attitude. Towards the end of night a very sweet girl worker saw my frustration a bit and was very kind to me and helped me wrap up the party she was very nice and I’m mad I don’t remember her name to give her the credit. I thought doing a party here would’ve been alil easier than throwing it at home but It was a whole headache until the end. Overall my son did have fun with his friends, but I don’t think I wont ever spend $150.00 on a party event here again just due to the lack of acknowledgement and no organization in this place at all. Staff was extremely careless and unaccomidating. When having a birthday party there recently, we arrived to pizza already in the party room ~30 mins before the scheduled start of the party. [It was cold and hard by the time guests arrived] The staff were not at all clear when speaking with guests and party hosts and there was a very clear 'I don't care' attitude from staff. A staff member actually came into the party room AS THE BIRTHDAY GIRL WAS OPENING HER GIFTS to tell us our time was up. [It wasnt.] When it was time for bowling one of the parents at the party asked to rent an extra lane and was told by staff that we already had acess to that lane and not to worry about it. 5 minutes later we are told by the host that staff is now asking us to go up and pay for the lane we were using. When we go and ask again the woman [without really looking up from what she was doing] again says it isn't our responsibility to pay for it. Then comes to us while we are bowling and asks for $$ for the lane! Very unprofessional and overall it was a terrible, over priced and confusing experience and we definitely will...

I usually have a great time bowling, however the last few times, the staff are either unawre of how the business works or they simply have no intent to help you. Answers are “I don’t know” there is a newer staff there, younger girl who absolutely needs some training. She could not answer a single one of our questions. Also. It’s unfortunate if you want to have some drinks or get some food, you might want to go at lol 1 or 2 in the afternoon because don’t expect anything beyond that.
