They won’t call you when your child is injured or seek medical care. They won’t even show you camera footage, to get answers regarding your injured child.

They also let other children change diapers, because they don’t have time due to the ratio of kids/staff member.

If you don’t believe the reviews, google them. They did a whole news segment dedicated to this situation. This place needs to be shut down, and the owner and her family BANNED from ever opening another one.

Watch out, because they’ll probably change the name of the daycare, and continue to neglect children.

I called to ask about pricing and the lady that answered the phone is very unprofessional. As a child care provider with everything crazy going on in the world with other people children as parents we want to feel our children are going to be loved and cared for and SAFE. This lady needs phone manners she then acted like she was going to give me answers to my questions and then didn’t but instead of just being honest from the beginning wasted my time and hers. She waited and then told me “she really does not want to take any drop ins” i respect that but the fact of how it was said. & they are NOT 24hrs as advertised...

I’m not too sure who you’re hiring at this establishment, but they all need to be fired. There should be no reason why a tiny little baby is coming home with second-degree burns and lumps and bumps. IT’S DAYCARE FOR GOODNESS SAKE NOT SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST. Parents please do the responsible thing and do not send your child here. There’s plenty of other establishments that would take better care of...
