Hollywood Casino Perryville — Attraction in Perryville

Let me 1st start with I used to love hollywood casino. There were many times I'd walk out a winner or at leady break even, it's close to my home and very convenient. However in the last year or year and a half I am absolutely fed up and disgusted with this casino. I am a very frequent player on slot machines and I totally 100% understand that gambling is a 50/50 chance I do not expect to win every single time I play. But I also do not expect to lose every single time I play either and that is exactly what is happening every single time now. It has gotten so bad that I've even started listening to the conspiracy theorist who say not to use your rewards cards because they pick and choose who wins what. However that theory is out the window because I'm still losing without the damn card. I never complain or post negative comments about a business because I understand things aren't always peaches and cream but I cannot stay silent on this one. For the simple fact that I have many family members and friends that attend this casino on a frequent basis and all of them not just a couple all of them are having the very same experience. Its So bad that some of them now drive all the way to dover, DE from elkton, MD to just to play slots because hollywood is not paying back to the customers the way they should. It's about time that holkywood realizes without us customers they have no business it's our money that keeps them going and we deserve some compensation for pouring our hard earned money into their greedy pockets. Again let me reiterate I do not in any way shape or form expect to win every single time I play However I do expect some kind of win or at the very least break even on a few occasions and this just isn't the case anymore. To whomever is reading this I hope you take this comment seriously and into consideration because if things continue to operate in the manner in which they are it won't be long before your doors are closed and closed for good. We the customers who keep them open are fed up and you can bet your greedy butt's I'm not a lone soldier on this one there are many!!! Get it together hollywood get back to when your customers were important to you and you enjoyed giving back some please and...

I’m sitting here 4/3/2024 and there are 3 security guards next to the entrance and this guy is literally cussing and beating the machine to death. Totally understand why some of your machines don’t work. They are even flinching when he slams his fist down on the button or calls it a no good sob. Sad state!!!!

So last year I was a little brutal but honest on my review. The toilet seat in the woman’s bathroom first stall still looks nasty. New games but you allow people to bang on them but then don’t fix them, screws with bonus spins. Newer slots in smoking section but 6-10 aren’t working out of 22 great odds there. I’d love to give my y away to MD but you refuse to change anything.

So here we are 4 years after my first review and I had to take it from a 5 down to a 2. Many reasons but let’s go with the obvious, now that sports book has come to town they care not about their table/slot playing crowd. All of the good slots have been moved or turned off to make way for all of the terminals and there will be a sports book restaurant, is t that just great. You know to be a small casino why is more interest put into the sports book then upgrading the casino - think you are at least 10 years old now right? And one of the smallest Hollywoods I ever been to. Oh wait what about when the Wolf Lodge gets finished and all the parents need and want to get away from the children for a few hours? Well if you know nothing about sports book sorry about your luck. Ridiculous!!!!!

Oh and have you noticed they hardly ever respond to the people that aren’t happy with their experience. Those are the ones you want to respond to - 1 st rule in marketing/customer service, if 1 person tells 1 person and they tell another person and so on and so forth the people that do spend money all the time are going to make that extra 30 minute drive to Delaware Park - more machines and you can find something to drink and eat.

have to say I'm really offended and disappointed in who's running this this casino in Perryville...I've been coming to this casino for a Lil over 4 years now I loved it ....it's always my Lil getaway spot because I lived so close by ...but as of last year I been having problems or someone in surveillance and certain security staff been having a problem with me and I have friends in the casino staff that can vouch for me ... new years eve I gat kicked out and band for 3 months because I was drunk in which I mentioned to someone and the security over heard it ...ok that was kool I needed a break from there .... since my band I came back like 3 times tonight making my 4th since I been back on April 1st 2024 ...Mark that I used to visit this casino like ever weekend spending over 500 a night 🌙 ....2 weeks ago I gat kicked out for using my vape which I was told I was not to bit it's a common habit I always have it in my hands which I know that ain't an excuse...but I've seen several people done in and never get called on it once ..smh I guess because I'm a regular the see me to often so they familiar with me ...after I get kicked out I sign a document stating that I can't come back in for 75hrs because of vapeing...ok fine ...tonight I came back and I was told I was band for a year? Making some accusations that inappropriate comments and gestures while on property... which is total false because I've never once since I've been coming here I've been told my security or management that I've done that 🤔 ...they were looking for a reason to band me from the establishment so they brought up that crazy accusations in that case it is CRAZY ...I was told to leave by the security I haven't seen anyone from management come and talk to me ...I just felt like the whole situation was prejudice and personal nothing more nothing less (...
