Arrowhead Trail — Attraction in Peters Township

My wife and I walk this trail a lot. It's gorgeous, well kept, paved, and there are plenty of Pokemon Go pokestops and gyms (in case you play Pokemon Go).

It's similar to the Montour Trail and it actually hold up to the Montour Trail in a few places so you can mix up your walk/run/bike experience for time to time.

You get beautiful scenic views of Peters township! Arrowhead Tail pass by the Empress Arabian Horse Farm and also at least one cow pasture. It cuts through many wooded areas to offer you shade and gorgeous pathway views all year round.

My wife and I walk the trail and play Pokemon Go because the portions we've walked have a handful of pokestops and gyms for us to play and Pokemon are constantly appearing. The last time I walked in I cought almost 50 Pokemon in a 1 hour walk.

This is the Montour Trail in Peters Township. It is all finished with hard top end to end. All of the bridges are completed so you don't have to get off the bike and cross the road. In McMurray there are safe places to exit the trail and have lunch at Subway, coffee at Starbucks or dinner at a little Greek restaurant. There is also a grocery store in the same plaza as Starbucks.
