If there were "0" stars, I would give it. After looking for close to 20 minutes to find a parking space on the street, means they have no parking lot, I gave the young guy the model of the faucet and showed him the old part that I needed a replacement valve stem. He goes to the pegboard and picks a replacement that looks close to the one I needed. after getting home and trying it, it was apparent that it was not the correct one. I returned the next day and to return it with the old one once again and said it was not the correct one to another salesman. The young guy saw that I was back and said that the one he gave me was an aftermarket part. He goes back to the pegboard again and putts what looks like the correct one on the counter. I said I want a refund because I called the manufacturer, and they are $10 cheaper. he then states that there is a 15% restocking fee. That takes a lot of balls charging a restocking fee on an item that they sold as the wrong one. If I ever need another part that is hard to find, I will buy a new faucet before coming back to this rip off place. PS that was not the right stem if you would have looked at it better you would have saw that the original one had more threads than the one that you sold me. I wouldn't have driven all the way back into Philadelphia if it worked. Then the one I did end up with was the cold when I wanted the hot so screw you...

Its a decent business. Has been there as long as I can remember. Prices are fair. Selection is good. Ive been here 4 times in 5 years. So take that into consideration.

If youre a plumber you'll probably like this place alot. Fast in and out service. If you're not knowledgeable or dont know what you need, dont expect any hand holding.

Customer service is passable. Not good, not horrible like some of the reviewers suggest.
