Pitruco Pizza (Food Truck) — Attraction in Philadelphia

Our wedding day was incredible, and it wouldn't have been possible without the team at Pitruco that catered for nearly 200 guests! From the moment we tasted their pizzas from the local truck, and found out they catered, we knew they were the perfect choice for our big day. They not only met our expectations but exceeded them in every possible way.

From the initial consultation to the wedding day itself, the team was easy to work with and on top of it. They went above and beyond to accommodate our preferences and special dietary needs, making sure that every guest was well taken care of (they made gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free options!). The variety of pizzas offered is great and the non-pizza appetizers and salads were a big hit as well! The service provided by the food truck was top-notch. We got compliment after compliment from our guests.

We had Pitruco at our wedding for late night food and it was probably among my (and my guests') FAVORITE parts of the wedding. I wanted to avoid lines (we had 175 guests) and Pitruco agreed to have plenty of pizzas premade and ready to go. We thought we might have been getting 1-2 flavors but were shocked when we had 8 options to choose from night of! Our guests keep talking about how great the pizza was. My husband and I went to Wharton and are now realizing what a miss it was we didn't visit the Franklin's Table location. I'll definitely be making some special trips in the future. I would LOVE to have another event in the future...

We had Pitruco cater our wedding. We got three antipasti, salad, and all the pizza on the food truck menu. Our guests raved about the food - from the antipasti to the pizza. The melon and corn salad was a big hit! Lots of our guests said this was the best pizza they ever had and many people want to make the trip back to Philly for it. They were also able to accommodate dietary restrictions as we had some gluten free and vegan guests. The food came out super fast too, so no one was waiting.
