I had half a dozen friends say that it was the tastiest non animal protein dish they've ever tasted - Quick and simple recipe: slice fluffy body from flatter tops put the tops on a baking tray in the oven drizzled with a little olive oil, salt and garlic. Bake @300°f for 20 minutes to make very tender chop fluffy mushroom stem bodies and cook with rice in a frying pan with any herbs you like
Has a taste and texture that truly resembles the softest oysters in the world, but with a nutty wood taste that is out of this world.

Their mushrooms are super high quality, and it's fun to cook with a broader variety than is typically available in conventional grocery stores (I get mine from Riverwards Produce!). I surprised my partner and some of our friends with a tour of the farm this weekend, and we had a blast. Brian was so thoughtful, funny, knowledgeable, and kind.
