Took my kids here for son's birthday. As a 40 year old man it's not often I feel like a kid again but American Paintball Coliseum definitely filled that void. Such an awesome place with a HUGE airsoft arena. The rental guns felt great and I didn't feel like we were completely out gunned by the guys with customs. Obviously we were but the rentals performed well enough that we were still competitive. The staff are really cool and down to earth. They're willing to help you out and answer any questions you have. The prices for rental and BBs are reasonable. 5000 rounds lasted my kids and I for roughly 5 hours. But the best part about the place were the people. To you custom guys who come on the weekends, thank you for making my kids and I feel completely welcome. Thank you for taking the time to explain how awesome your guns were and humoring our repeated questions. This is especially for the pistol gas tracer guy and the AR gas tracer guy, you guys were awesome and made the day memorable for my family. So in short, this place is the best. My kids and I will be back. However, we will be back with custom guns of our own ;) We officially have the airsoft bug! P.S. Shout out to the bachelor party! You guys were great! I still feel bad for shooting one of you up lol I'm sorry! Best of luck with the wedding!

What an amazing experience! My 7 and 9 year olds wanted to do laser tag for their birthday. I spent hours searching online trying to find a place that focus on laser tag only (no trampolines or slides). When I came across this place I was nervous because I wasn’t use to the style of playing. Boy was I happily surprised!! The kids played 6/7 amazing rounds of laser tag! Tons of space to run around and no scary dark corners or places to trip and fall. The younger kids really liked that us parents could walk around and participate in the game. They even got is a few as hostages during their 10 minute game. The staff was top tier!! More than helpful and was always more than happy to assist and guide us. I can’t say enough good things about this place truly! My kids want to come back again soon and I am happy to say yes with the price point being soooo good!!!!

I love the place because its indoor. But I think we chose the wrong time. We got there only few people are playing. ... We did the bday package. The teens enjoyed the paintball. ... I was hoping for a colorful paint but it was just white. The place is rugged. The pizza was surprisingly good. It was delicious. The soda were in cans and a lot of snacks choices. ... I suggest to come here with huge group. Wear thick clothes for paintball and enjoy. ...

Pay no attention to the recent reviews about APC staff being prejudiced or racist. That is absolute nonsense. My son and I have been playing at APC for several months now and have always been treated with dignity, respect, and like a part of the APC family. We have played with all walks of life at APC and not once have I ever heard anything remotely racist said in their facility. The staff can be curt at times because you are dealing with replica guns which can shoot over 380 FPS and they need to ensure the safety of everyone at the facility. Nobody should take it personal because it is not.

The review I read stated, "Subsequently, following two rounds of ten minutes each, in which we took turns playing laser tag with two other girls, the man at reception approaches and informs us that two more individuals will be joining us. We denied once again and argued that it would be equitable for us to take turns. They got into a fight and told us to go play or leave. After they claimed that two would join us, three people—I suppose one of them is employed here—entered. Since it was our first time and we were dressed in shorts and t-shirts, we had no desire to play with them in the first place. The other guys were fully clothed, in boots and sweatshirts, having played since the early hours of the morning. Playing with them was the only option available to us."

First off, your decision to not wear proper protective wear when knowingly going to an establishment where the main goal is to launch projectiles at each other can only be described as "confusing." It's a decision your group consciously made and therefore not the responsibility of others to take your lack of preparation into consideration. That's on you. My 11 year old daughter played at APC against experienced players and was less concerned about being shot that you all appear to be. Also, my 13 year old son now plays airsoft regularly because of HOW WE WERE TREATED by the staff and players of APC.

Secondly, to deny two other people who are at the same facility who also want to have fun and play, the right to play alongside you all is quite rude. There are often all experience levels at APC and I have never witnessed a game where one team is stacked with experienced players and the other team is solely rentals. Staff always ensure to splite experienced players between teams to make the game more enjoyable for everyone.

Lastly, don't shoot the sprinklers or you're going to have a bad time. Believe me, how you were treated had nothing to do with your ethnicity and everything to do with your attitude, as well as the sprinklers. Perhaps in your culture it's normal to play a game only among yourselves and if that is the case then maybe APC has something to learn from that but in airsoft and paintball culture, everyone plays everyone.

APC is an awesome venue and I would encourage everyone to go there and sling some paint or bb's. It's...

I played at ACP for the first time this weekend and thought I should give it a quick review. APC is a indoor air conditioned air-soft/paintball field and retail store. The retail store had a very nice section with all of the normal supplies you would need during a day of play. The section isn't huge but their prices are fair. The staging area was what you would normally expect, a few picnic tables in a open room. I will admit that the room was much cleaner then other fields I've been to. The snack bar offers lots of cold drink and a variety of snacks. If you wish to have to a real lunch you will need to go to a local drive through or restaurant. The field its self was separate from the paint ball field. This was very nice! You don't get covered in leftover paint goo. The field looks small at first until you go in and play on it. Its setup with many small rooms with lots of cover. It also has many doors that can be opened and closed dung game play. Another thing I really liked about that field is that they separate the adults and children during game play. FPS was set at 350 and allowed full auto during some most games and do not require Bio or House BBs. I really like this because I use really cheap BBs for CQB. Now here is the part that I think could have been done better. The refs didn't really ref the adult game play and really leaves it up to the players to govern themselves. At the start of the day we all really just stood around BSing till someone finally said lets go onto the field and play. The ref only started telling us when to start and stop playing after more people started showing up and we needed to alternate game play with a smaller group of kids. Even then they only told us when to start and stop the game play without any guidance of what game mode we where running. I don't think the refs need to been on the field during game play. Honestly they just get in the way and never even see what happens on the field. I do also enjoy the refs allowing the players to choose the game modes because most fields just run the same game over and over again. The only down side to allowing the players to choose is this can been time consuming. Honesty my only real complaint is I would have liked them to be more prompt on starting and stopping the games. Over all the is a awesome place that I will play at again. Good prices, nice field,...

I called and asked for help making a reservation because the website they have kept glitching. The boy on the phone was very condescending immediately and said to do it online. When I stated "I am online trying to make a reservation and it's not working for me. Can you please help me with this over the phone?" He said its easy you should have any problems. So I then asked if I needed to pay because I already had a Groupon. He said "it's not going to be free you gotta pay for something" again very condescending. Continued to say bbs and gun rental were not included. When I advised him my Groupon said they were included I'm just asking if I need to pay for deposit?. He said "just don't pay it then" so I just said ok and ended the call because he clearly did not want to help and me calling him on the company line was a burden for him. I tried again on my own for a other little while and when I got to the pay wall it directs me to PayPal. I find my login for PayPal which I haven't used in 2 years and it's saying my account isn't verified (I can't use paypay) I called back and said I cannot pay with PayPal may I please pay another way. He started this second conversation with the attitude he left me with on the first one. He said just don't pay it and it will still make reservation. I said it's not giving me that option. Can you please make the reservation on your end? He said I can't pay for I don't know how you want me to do that. Then he asks when I want reservation for. I told him this Saturday he said you can't do that we are booked the entire day. I said ok sir how about Friday or Sunday still all the while being professional and cordial. He then says how many people I say just 2 and he had a very nasty attitude with a very nasty tone and said "this is why we have everything done online" I said we'll I'm having issues with the website then he gets even nastier and says nobody has problems but me. So I said you have been very rude since the beginning and I'm just asking for help. And he has his rude tone and says I am helping. I said can I please have your name. He said no. I'm not giving it to you. I said ok let me speak to your manager please. He said "you are". Then he hung up on me. This is who you have representing your business? I will be finding out who he was. I will be making a formal...
