Why was my original review deleted??? Be aware of the scams that go on behind closed doors. I have never been evicted and definitely never had a eviction on my credit report. Having a housing voucher for 2yrs, w 2 different apartment complexes. I was finally able to get my own apartment found out that I have both residents sitting on my credit report and a APS bill for over $2000! They claim that they pay for everything! Ive been dealing with this for over a year now! Left me homeless on the streets of PHX! I will never be able to get my own place now I DON'T have thousands of dollars to remove it from my credit and no way in hell am I going to pay for their neglect ! Hom.inc has no integrity especially the Supervisor. I've left other reviews on HOM.inc which magically disappear!

Your company has destroyed and stolen EVERYTHING I had worked for in my 40 yrs on this planet and then have left me to die w my medical condition out on the streets in the dead of winter 2024! My rights were violated in so so many ways! I was a rape victim and there is a law called VAWA ARS 33-1318 and they ignored me and my caseworkers emails and calls regarding moving me because I was still being harassed on a daily basis because my perpetrator lived upstairs above me. The occurrence happened in April of 2024 and due to me constantly blowing them up because I was sick and tired of putting up with this torture that in August I received a court notice that they wanted to evict me because of " harassment and intimidating threats" There's so much more to the story The judge even violated my rights by not letting me appeal or looking at any of my evidence that is stacked up probably close to 3 ft high now! I am still homeless and I have been violated again! Im so tired of being ran over like a piece of road kill who deserves nothing but to lay squished dead on the hot street!!!!! So I finally stopped listening to everybody who works for the state because they are all connected and conspiracy and committing fraud and it's not just to me. I kinda feel like I'm reposting and maybe my last one was deleted, idk, but I wanna shout out also to Kim DeLuka, another poster. She's obviously happy with the work that's been done to get stably housed and be able to work on important life goals. Not everyone is that fortunate if they don't want to be fulfilled in such a way. My personal testimony for Hom inc is that I'm really pleased and grateful with their treatment and response towards formerly homeless like myself. I would rate a 5 star but haha not much is perfect though these people are pretty close to perfect. I've been homeless several cities in Arizona and never seen people that deal with the core issues like Hom Inc. I don't know what life has in store a year from now but I can tell you I've been housed a year so far west valley apartment, and soon I intend to train towards medical assistant. Other than that, my only advice to people going through Hom Inc, just don't treat it like they're some simple government agency, because they're about much more, including getting on your feet, getting mental health services, holding a job, etc. I haven't even touched on the next echelon of services provided. I've been waiting for voucher for over 4 years now. I started at 499 on the list and 274 on list 7/26/2019 and I believe I was down to 155 on list 3 or 4 months ago. Now I call and leave message after message after message and haven't got a call back for a long time now! Not sure what's going on but I do know that trying to live off $800 a month is very, very, very hard to do. I've been very blessed I had my oldest sister Shanan and her husband Ben helping me out. Untill now because she was let go from her job! Now she can't help me any longer. I'm hoping I receive good service when my number does come up. (Which should be real soon now) I can't really say much more cause I have really got much more than a letter a year ago and maybe a. Email. I know I've call and left messages many times and no call back still as of yet. I remain patient with all the covid stuff going on now and understanding. Hopefully it won't have to wait much longer.
