Amenities are minimal. The equipment has seen better days (bolts falling off machines, damaged weight equipment).The gym is dirty and disorganized most of the time. While the gym is accessible 24/7, there is nobody supervising on weekends or after work hours. There are very few lockers in changing rooms and no rules are posted or enforced on the use of lockers so most patrons do as they please and simply claim their own spaces. The showers are disgusting with loose showerheads and rusted over product holders. For a gym that charges $25/m to roughly 200 members, literally none of this is reinvested back into improving the conditions. None of this matters. Daniel knows that this is the only gym in the building so he has a take it or leave it attitude.
