What an incredible company! I ordered a bookshelf from Amazon and had issues when I got to the end of building the bookshelf. I reached out to the manufacturer per Amazon’s directions to inquire about a potential defective item or support with building the final components of the bookshelf. I was told someone would call me back, but I received an email from Coaster Furniture requesting I send at least six documents as proof of purchase including videos and pictures. Upon receipt, I received one response asking the same question I answered in my previous communication. I responded to that email and even followed up a few days later when I didn’t hear back. That was 3 weeks ago!! I did some digging and found mansion furniture as a company that sells items from Coaster. I hoped they could possibly help with sending someone to help me at for a small fee. Andrew answered phone and I explained the terrible experience I had with coaster furniture. He stated that he was familiar with this particular item and would be willing to come to my home THE SAME DAY to take a look and hopefully help me with my issue. I’ll repeat Andrew committed to coming to my home AFTER the furniture store closed to help me resolve the issue with the bookshelf. As promised, he arrived tools in hand, rolled up his sleeves and together we resolved the issue with the bookshelf! He pointed out that I made one small error that threw off the entire project! After he identified the issue and we fixed the problem together. My total disgust with coaster furniture is that they did not care to ensure this huge bookshelf was not laying in the middle of my floor impacting my small child’s safety even after several attempts to get help to replace parts or get some support with figuring out the issue. Unlike this company, Andrew immediately CAME TO THE RESCUE!! I was able to utilize the bookshelf in the way that it was meant to be used and remove it from the middle of my living room impeding my small child’s ability to play safely.    Read moreWe purchased a living room set from The Mansion Furniture almost 3 years ago, we posted a review because we were very, very pleased with our purchase. We were recently looking at the reviews and for some reason we no longer see our review posted. So we'd like to repost again.
We saw a living room set that we fell in love with and decided to order from them. The living room set is quite pricey so we were a little nervous to order online because people get scammed or get really bad service so many times. But we decided to take a chance on The Mansion Furniture because they are on a locally owned and operated.
They were very professional and courteous from the very beginning. They assure us they were not a scam or fly by night shotty furniture company.
They stayed in touch with us and answered all our questions. We got our furniture delivered right when they said it would and we got the white glove treatment on delivery. We were so very impressed, and the delivery guys were also professional, clean and very nicely dressed.
The furniture looked exactly as described. It was advertised as a high end living room set . We were not disappointed. The quality and care in making this furniture is exceptional. We can say that almost 3 years later.The furniture still looks like the first day we purchased it. It still looks beautiful and we get lots of compliments on it and it is very comfortable to sit on and makes a very nice statement in our home.
Thank you Mansion Furniture for coming through for us! We highly recommend them if you're looking for exceptional service and quality furniture. We will definitely not have any problems purchasing from then if the need should arise...
   Read moreThe worst service I have had and I'm a pretty patient person. I ordered my bed on Sept 26th. I was told the following week I would have my bed. The following week, I waited to hear from someone about delivering, when I did not receive my phone called them. This was now a week and a half later. I was told they had the mattress but was waiting on my bed still (from Cali) and that I would get it the following week (Monday) Monday rolled around and still no word. I had to call again. They told me for sure Tuesday. Tuesday comes and no word. I had to have someone at my house waiting for them to deliver and nothing. I called and they said my bed was on the truck but they were on the westside that it would be later today. 6pm comes and I call, they tell me they are behind and have to reschedule! Nothing is being communicated to me, I'm having to call. Reschedule day is Sat. Sat comes and it's raining really bad so they are not delivering (understandable) So Monday was finally the day. Monday comes and yup, no bed. They were behind because of the delays Sat. I FINALLY GET my bed on Tuesday which is now over 3 weeks later. The delivery comes and it's the wrong color! I called and explained the situation, they let me know they will be in touch w the manufacturer. 2 weeks ago I get a call stating it was the wrong color and another one was on it's way. I HAVE HEARD NOTHING. I called today and they are looking into it. This is the absolute worst service, communication and overall experience I've ever had. It's now Nov 9th and I still do not have the bed that I ordered...
