Hi...I'm updating my review from 4 years ago...so I've been living her for over 20 years, have gone through many maintenance personal {Jim has been here all along - really nice guy and knows his stuff!!!} Management has changed over so many times, once you get used to them, the Morgan Properties transfers or brings in new people....its crazy. Right now the office team is fantastic - Especially Pierre - he knows the tenants by name and gets to know their needs and wants while still keeping a professional relationship with us! This Management Team we have right now is fantastic - hope someone from Morgan Properties reads this and keeps this team together....give their tenants a chance to build a rapport with them and make everyone happy!! {2/29/2024} Maintenance team gets 5 stars....they are great! As far as the Management team and office staff - you can never get ahold of anyone - leave a voicemail no one responds!!! Send an email - NO ONE RESPONDS. If you go to the office in person they are just too busy trying to get new tenants. I have lived here over 20 years - I like the apartment, location is convenient for me to work, family and friends. Along with my monthly rent I elected to pay $42 a month extra to have the convenience of a reserved parking space. At least 5-6 times a month there is another tenant parked in my RESERVED spot {yes there is a RESERVED SIGN}. I've spoken to some new tenants and they are not being told not to park in these spots. I have tried to call and email the office to have these cars towed - but no one responds. Management needs to take some courses in Hospitality and Customer service. Again, I am happy with the Maintenance Team and the Apartment itself, but would like to see a more responsive Management Team and Office Staff. Good service should not stop once a tenant moves in - or in my case who has been here for...

No one ever answers the phone when you call the office to speak to someone, and it is nearly impossible to get straight answers when youâre in person asking questions. I tried on multiple occasions to see a 2 bedroom apartment that was advertised as âCompletely renovatedâ for $2870/ month. I went to see the apartment and it looked decent on the surface. But I checked the bathroom and the bathtub was literally PAINTED over, and you could see debris under the paint! Not REGLAZED, but painted with regular household paint. The âcherry woodâ kitchen cabinets were thin and when I opened to take a look there was water damage and what appeared to be mold on the bottom of the cabinets. The worst thing was the âStainless Steel Front Loader Washer / Dryerâ that was in the kitchen. When I opened the door to both washer and dryer, I was greeted by the disgusting smell of MOLD. I looked at the door and sure enough , thick black mold present! I asked the young kid who was showing me the unit, why hadnât this been cleaned and he just responded âTo be honest, IDKâ. I went back to the office to thank that overly friendly man that works there and overheard him speaking with I guess a current tenant about an ongoing bug problem they apparently couldn't fix.
Thats all I needed to hear!
Overall, this development is very old and the property manager attempts to add cheap upgrades to justify the ridiculous rent prices.
Not to mention the price of the unit kept increasing miraculously each time I visited the website!
Gross!...
Read moreOverpriced.. Little visitor parking.. And bad mice problem. Im having an inspector come by next week bc mice are creating holes behind the stove and in the utility closet, making a home for themselves. Rent is $1400! There shouldn't be rodent problems. Lack of visitor parking.... My car was towed, bc I parked in a regular spot (before I was able to purchase the $100 parking pass)... That was $400! Save your money and check out some other places. Having too many issues for a dated, mice motel... With no amenities.
No, the pass did not cost $100, that was the fee to be added to the lease and to register my car with you people. A temporary pass could've been given out until you all completed the check and gave me my official pass. And lets not pretend there is an appropriate amount of visitor parking... IT'S NOT! Roughly 12 spots for the entire complex đ... Like I stated... For those that read reviews before making decisions... Think twice and spend a little more money on a decent place to live. Especially if you're like me, moving from a different state, wanting a great...
