This is a great place to live. The surrounding property is beautiful. The amenities are great. I appreciate that there is a lifeguard on duty during pool hours and the pool is well maintained (Iāve seen somebody doing the chemical check to ensure proper chlorination). The gym is very large and has everything you need. The leasing manager, Myrial, is lovely and helped me throughout the entire application process and responds in a timely manner. The application process was a bit bumpy and there were some hiccups but it all worked out in the end (no place is perfect). The leasing company was very good about honoring rent specials and providing promised concessions. Maintenance is very responsive and quick to act with requests. The actual apartment is very spacious with a lot of storage space. The soundproofing of the apartment is exceptional and itās a very quiet building, especially considering its newer construction. There is a trash shoot on every floor, which makes it very easy to get rid of trash and recycling (which the shoot will allow for both trash and glass and cardboard can be left in the ārefuse roomā to be collected by maintenance). I havenāt had any issues with my parking spot and Iāve seen emails sent out quickly addressing parking spots that get mistakenly used by the guests of tenants. While there are only 10 potential spots for visitors, there is street parking across the street. There is an amazon locker available in the leasing office, but its use is really up to the competency of the delivery drivers, so that is hit or miss. I have not experienced any kind of package theft. There is a decent amount of grocery and food options nearby, within a 10 minute drive. So far, its been a great...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreManagement goes back on their word and tries to squeeze tenants for every dime. I was told I could get a second parking spot when I moved in (for free) if I needed it because I had a 2 bedroom apartment and I would be purchasing a second car soon. This was not followed through with and now I pay $25 monthly for a spot that is on the other side of the complex furthest possible location from my building.
I then waited on a parking garage waitlist with the hopes of getting a garage in my building for the agreed on price of $200 monthly. When it was finally time to sign they tried to charger $225 for the spot when I told them we were dropping the extra spot and keeping our original (free) spot.
We opted out of this after the manager tried to argue that the garage is multiple spots even though they are not labeled for this. Anything for an extra pennyā¦
The package area is not secure and left unlocked for delivery drivers to drop off packages. It is very easy for packages to ādisappearā when they are left in the back room and not stored in a locked secured area.
Maintenance team is amazing and very responsive which is the only reason why this facility...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreInitially I was quite impressed with the customer care given. Very upbeat, and personable, answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. Fast forward to the application process, and all of the back and forth requests for this, that and a third. Which I promptly provided. Their last request for additional paystubs (again which I emailed the same day) was the last communication I received. After waiting a few weeks I called(no answer and no voicemail could be left). I tried calling again, only to be told the apartment had been rented! Rental agent thought I would be satisfied with ātheir application must have come in before yours.ā No Maāam, I was the first to apply(or so I was told). After another conversation, I am still not given any explanation as to why I was not informed via text, email or snail mail that the apartment had been rented. Furthermore, I was also told that my application and fee would be honored for the remainder of the year. Now, Iām being told the application is ONLY in effect for 30 days. My takeaway is: Get everything in writing and do not trust them to let you know if you have a place to...
