I called to order a six foot sub they told me I had to contact Kelly in catering. So when I went to pick it up I receive sandwich platters not a six foot sub. When I said I asked for a six foot sub not a sandwich platter a rude gentleman named George told me this is how they make a six foot sub and cut it up. That was so untrue and he could not even tell me how many pieces of sandwich were on the platters. At no point when speaking to Kelly at no point did she say the six foot sub was cut. When I explained to George what I ordered he was so rude he kept trying to speak over me saying can I speak can I speak can I speak. Do no what there is to say when the customer is not getting what they ordered that is what matters. So I ordered a six foot sub and got sandwich platters so unimpressive for a party. And the customer service from George was horrible. Kelly the catering director doesn't give you the information and I had to call back 3 times to get the price for a six foot sub that was platters of sandwiches.i would never order or recommend Cedar Grove Catering to anyone. They do not care what there customer orders they do what the want i would give...
Read moreI’m going to describe this place in 3 words. Good Affordable Eats! Just got done having my first lunch from here (order was to go) I had a classic bacon burger and the wife had a turkey wrap both came with fries and for that price.. unbeatable the guy even asked me how I would like the burger asked for medium and just how I would grill it myself meat was good quality beef as well very good, but what really has me going back I have to say is not the burger not the price (well partially to both) THE FRIES were honestly out of this world, for a to go order you usually get them and they aren’t crispy actually quite soggy and you’re even lucky if they’re warm.. HERE the fries came crispy perfectly warm and reminded me of this other restaurant (bennigans) fries. I got a taste of nostalgia. I have to go with a 5 star to this place can’t even get a lunch that cheap at a McDonald’s.. and that’s no comparison of this eateries...
Read moreChicken parm and chicken francese were juicy and tender, tomato sauce was very good on chicken and meatball entrees. The garden salad was skipped over, and everyone stuffed themselves with the other entrees: penne vodka, assorted sandwiches, and scalloped potatoes (thickly cut). This is the second year in a row they catered my department's Christmas Luncheon. Last year we spent about $25pp (that included a shrimp cocktail) but was too much food for just under twenty people. This year we did the hot & cold buffet option ($18pp) and everyone was able take some home. They delivered about thirty minutes early, and the food was still warm at lunchtime. We'll most likely order again...because going out to a restaurant was either hit/miss or too rushed. ~...
