Ok so we decided to give Ruth Chris another chance from the Mother's Day debacle and I must say it was like night and day, summer and winter.
1st I would like to give a big thanks to Jose the General Manager for rectifying the bad service we had last time and ensuring that the level of service we and all his customers expect were met.
We were greeted by the host and she seated us immediately and they had the table nicely done because it was my wife birthday and the greeted her with a birthday card.
Next Jose came over and introduced himself to us and again apologized for the bad service last time. He then brought over the waiter Kevin to serve us. Kevin was on point and proceed to tell us about the menu. We decided to order crab cakes and crab stack apps along with a Long Island Iced Tea and Kettle One and cranberry.
The apps came out very quickly and was very good as we expected them to be. Kevin came over again and advised us that he had already put the entrees in and should be out by the time we finished our apps. Kevin was very attentive to us and our needs along with making everything go as smoothly as pie. He definitely did an OUTSTANDING job and I when i go back i will ask if Kevin is working and would want to sit in the section he is working in.
Back to the entrees. I ordered the Chilean Sea Bass and my wife ordered the NY Strip with the bone in I must say the chefs did an amazing job with both of the cooks on the dishes. We also had lobster mac and cheese and spinach and that also was very good. My compliments to all the chefs that prepared our meal. Excellent job!
We had another cocktail and finished up our meal which we brought some of it home because we was stuff beyond imagination.
So in conclusion we were on the fence about coming back here but thanks to Jose, Kevin and the entire staff of Ruth Chris I will say that I will definitely be coming back soon and by far recommend Ruth Chris in Princeton. They exceeded our expectations just like the previous times we have come...

It isn't open on weekends, unfortunately. I wish the Village had more of a mix of shops and professional offices. It is great to walk around there. Two weeks ago on a cold day I had lunch in the Food Court and read. It is a good size area with I believe 4 food vendors. I bought flowers and unique cards at the Monday Morning Florist. The flowers held their beauty for at least 10 days. With marketing, I believe Forrestal Village could be a robust...
