I was in here today with my husband, I was asking a question about the sizes of the batteries, the sales associate fumbled a bit with the slim vapes and said they were 1300, I then asked him about the vape that my husband was interested in, he answered oh its bigger. ok, what is the size? he then totally ignored me, I tried asking questions about different items, because I generally like to know about everything they have to offer before buying, The way I was dismissed (probably because he thinks my husband is the one with the cash) Jokes on him, I will never return to this store for any business, including anything my husband needs for his purchase. I hope your happy with your one time customer purchase of $90. and for reference, We visited a vape store in Florida and the guy down there was courteous and helpful, asked us if we wanted to try any of the flavors before buying them, we didn't but at least we were treated respectively. Read moreAvoid buying anything from this store! I bought 2 5% 4 packs of Juul pods menthol and I noticed that the pods were leaking and half empty. I tried them anyway and they did not work and the liquid would come up through the device in my mouth. I went back and explained to one of the employees what had happened and he was nice enough to replace them. Went back a week later and the actual owner was in the building. I bought 2 four packs again, opened them right in front of him and showed him the leaking. He offered me a free 2 pack and told me I have to call the company to get refunded. That's crazy! If I point out too you in front of your face your product is damaged or not usable, that should be a full refund or replacement. Unfortunately I'm pretty sure he bought a discounted amount of juul pods and could not return them to his vendor like I told him he should do. Went back to the store ASAP and simply asked for a replacement. Both the clerk and the store manager ABSOLUTELY refused to replace the defective device. The condescending manager told me none of the devices are guaranteed at all and that I should have checked all of them when I purchased them. He then offered me a new disposable at a "reduced rate".
