I have always been a long time shopper of this supplier, but as of lately I have been having nothing but horrible experiences, I bought a unit three months ago, it cost me a pretty penny. I asked the worker to cut the lace for me, she proceeded to the back of the store and it took her every bit of 25 minutes to cut the lace, I thought she was making a new unit. When I finally got the unit home to wear, the lace was cut so jagged that it scratched my forehead and I had to cut the lace again, further damaging the product. I returned to the store again two weeks ago and purchased a unit that has been on the shelf for 2 years (I know this because I purchased it before exactly 2 years ago) the price hadn't changed which I wasn't surprised by, but almost did not want to purchase because the price had not gone down. Anyway, I purchase this unit and get it home and it is completely appalling! This is probably a manufacturer defect, but this unit had a bang on it, that has more fly-aways than an airport, I do NOT remember these bangs being this awful. I hate to purchase things sight-unseen, but I may start just buying my units online, because my last two experiences with this store and its products and lack of employee knowledge is very disappointing. I will post before (2 years ago) and now pics as soon as...
Read moreI recently visited this salon in Pleasantville, New Jersey. their wig inventory is amazing. I have absolutely no experience and wearing wigs as I am a recent cancer patient I asked can I try them on? I was told no. I was told no wig salons allow that. It was explained to me that no matter where I go I would not be allowed to try the wigs on. I was also told that if I choose a wig, make sure I like it because I cannot return it. so I asked the owner how am I supposed to buy a wig when I don't even know how to put them on. And if I can't try them on, how will I know what I look like. I could've been speaking to a blank wall and got the same reaction that I got from the owner, I left that shop and found a different place where I was given a cap to wear I was told choose a wig that I really liked so that they could judge my idea of the style. They then chose 10 different wigs. hello The two employees that helped me treated me as though I was the only person that mattered in their day. They were kind they were understanding, extremely knowledgeable and totally accommodating.Manhattan wig salon, Pleasantville, New Jersey. I will make certain that I let my doctor know. Perhaps the cancer institute needs to understand the mindset of this salon.I wouldn't go back to that establishment if they were giving...

Do not buy POM-POM keychains from this retailer. I would suggest buying keychains through Target, Amazon or Walmart. This is not the best retailer to buy POM- POM keychains. Because three days later they immediately break and snapped the chain off. This merchant has a return policy where it’s ALL SALES FINAL && no refunds. When you are shopping at this retailer please your items before checking out and please read the reviews online before you are buying from this store. Because I think this merchant scam me and ripped me off I will not tolerate it. I am disabled and handicapped I cannot afford to waste my money I struggle with financial problems instead this merchant tries to scam me with broken keychain. This needs to be addressed to the BBB. This unacceptable that a beauty salon merchant scam a disabled handicapped person when I don’t have lots of money to their pockets and don’t have a job and I have been out of work and unemployed for 5 years I felt like I was scammed with...
