Effortless Adventure — Attraction in Plymouth

This past weekend I got a 2 person rental from Effortless Adventure. I am an experienced hiker and camper who normally would not get gear or advice from a rental company, but I thought it was an interesting concept and it was actually very fairly priced so I decided to give it a shot. My main takeaway is this: whether you are a rookie outdoorsman or you have taken many camping trips on your own, Effortless Adventure provides a special experience that is 100% worth it either way.

There is a peace of mind that comes with having everything taken care of from gear, to planning, to equipment care that allows you to relax and enjoy the outdoors as it should be: stress free. Rather than worrying about if I remembered to pack a lighter, if I was reading the trail map or the GPS right, or if cleaning out the tent was gonna be a big ordeal on my front lawn after the trip, Effortless Adventure took care of all of that and more. This allowed me to live in the moment and fully enjoy my time with a friend in the beautiful White Mountains.

Normally when I have to plan out a trip myself I am often so busy juggling logistics that it distracts from what I set out to do, but Using Effortless Adventure was a refreshing reminder of just how fun a stress-free weekend in the woods can be. My pup and I camp and hike frequently but I usually don’t know exactly how to get to trailheads or anything about the trails when we go out of state. So, this time I tried Effortless Adventures after seeing them on Instagram. We opted for a self-guided package without equipment and I can’t say enough how great it was! EA took care of booking the campsite (which was a perfect no frills campground with trees all around). They kept in contact with me about my booking and about 10 days before the trip sent an itinerary along with great directions for offline maps (both to the campground and for all the potential trails we could hike). I had questions and they responded quickly! What great customer service! The maps were spot on - we only got to hike 3 of the 9 options they gave me but all 3 trails were great - well marked and varied in length, views and scenery. I will book with them again! I tried Effortless Adventure's 2 person package for the first time last weekend. I do a lot of camping mostly in campers, but a friend and I wanted to spend a weekend in the woods so we looked into Effortless and they truly make camping effortless.

The gear provided was very nice and includes everything you need to have a fun camping trip. Being a college student the idea of being able to rent gear all in one package is very appealing and Effortless Adventure makes it very simple and super affordable (even for a broke college student).
