I hate to leave negative feedback for a small business but it took them a year to get back to me regarding my stereo receiver. And then they told me they couldn't fix it. I was charged an obscene amount by TAV Electronics, an amount much higher than what I was quoted for by Uhaul for a 1 way. As of this time, i have not received a straight answer and have been told to contact dispatch. This is extremely poor customer service where there is no accountability or responsibility with TAV.
