Worst experience in my life!! Brought in a print to have custom matted and framed. When I picked it up, the color of the frame looked a little different. Since the store has yellow lighting, I didn't realize the frame was the wrong color. Brought it back to have the frame color changed to the the color we ordered. "Eugene" was outraged. He told me five or six times he never, ever, ever makes a mistake. It was me! I said fine, let's agree to disagree how can we rectify this. He actually wanted to charge me double. He said "I thought he was at fault and I would have to pay!!!" Buyer beware! Sometimes it's just not worth saving a few bucks. I am in retail and have a store. You do what you can keep the customer happy. NO ONE is perfect. A person with class would know how to handle a situation like this. Never alienate anyone!!!
