The staff is very patient and friendly, and they bent over backwards to accommodate my jewelry needs. The day I was there I was just looking, but walked away with a layaway and some rings sized, and a new ring that was so beautiful and unique that I knew I had to have it because no one else would have one like it. Their merchandise is hand selected and so unique and of excellent quality. There was a second piece that I fell in love with but I don’t get paid until Friday, and that’s when she mentioned they could do a layaway for me so I would have to worry about someone buying it before I got paid, and there was no minimum deposit or time limit for the payments. She said I could even do the payments over the phone so I wouldn’t have to keep coming in. They sized two rings while I was looking and she cleaned everything I had on out of courtesy. The customer service here is stellar, and I will now be making this my favorite place to buy jewelry and have my items sized, fixed and cleaned. Thank you so much...
