Staff working at register clearly was not trained properly on menu items. Had to change my order about 3 times to then be told that it’s me that’s ordering incorrectly, even though I was reading directly off the menu as well as pointing out what I’m ordering. I tried ordering 4 mozzarella sticks and was told I had to order a quantity of 8, to which again I pointed out the menu clearly stating you can order a quantity of 4 or 8 but she just gave me a puzzled look and said she couldn’t do that. To avoid wasting my time further I settled with just having a sandwich meal priced at about $8-$9 with taxes, and can you believe that they tried to charge me nearly $12 for just that! Thankfully I noticed before running my card but when I asked why she was charging me that much, she told me it was due to the size of the meal I had asked for which is bogus because I ordered it in medium size... so even though I almost got ripped off I politely said no thank you and left I unpleased by the service provided, normally I try to cut some slack but it’s kinda ridiculous that I’m being denied service for an order directly off the menu and even when settling for less I get overcharged. Makes me wonder how many other customers are being charged incorrectly. Anyways don’t recommend this Burger King,...
Read moreFirst off let me say the staff was very friendly and polite when they took my order, but the food was disgusting! I didn't complain just through everything away and left. I ordered 8 piece chicken nuggets and chicken sandwich with fries. I understand that everything I ordered was fried in grease but and it's fast food wasn't expecting a gourmet meal. That being said the fries were cold and soft. The nuggets were swimming in cold grease! I used 8 napkins on one nugget in a attempt to salvage my lunch, then I looked in the bag that they were served in and there must have been a quarter cup of grease. Took a bite of the sandwich and instantly spat it out, same thing, had a mouth full of grease. It's just gross! As someone who spent 15 years in the food industry I would recommend you store your cooked fried products in a drip pan so it doesn't sit in grease. Also when it comes out the fryer you need to let all the grease drain before holding it to avoid this..or purchase (save a days) cardboard containers to dump fried food in that absorbs the grease when removed from fryer! It was...
Read moreJust like every other Burger King. Because of the pandemic, they force you to put your credit card or money into a deep plastic container that is very hard to what's garage your items from when they give it back to you. You never actually hold the plastic container, the representative is always holding the plastic container, and you're the one that has to try to fish out your credit card and change. I think it's a very bad system and it's very frustrating. Sorry for any typos as I'm using Google voice to text technology. The food here is very good. I had the chicken fries and they were pretty good. There are not that first, not fresh out of the fryer, you can tell that they were sitting there under a heat lamp for some time, but overall they were still good. And I believe Burger King's french fries are the best french fries out of all the fast food chains. I what does the come back to this Burger King, but there's a long line, I don't know why. It's because of the plastic Bend system of exchanging credit cards and money. Absolutely the most inefficient thing I've ever...
