Better call it Masjid Almunafiqeen. Worst masjid in South Florida. -As for kids they drive them away by being harsh to them and their parents in any situation. -As for imam, he lost his temper over a broken mic and he pushed it away while yelling in a manner that can’t be done by an imam. He even stopped using it not caring about the women section that won’t be able to pray because they cannot hear anything. -As for board members. They only care about their personal gains and money. They drove the good imam to quit because he refused to be a puppet in their hand. -As for organizers they always have a bad attitude. One guy yelled like crazy at the brothers because they were taking on their way out from the musalla “not saying that this is right but there are always a polite way to address problems, and it definitely does not include yelling”. -As for parking. Always not enough space and the way they’re trying to fix it is definitely not working, not to mention the parking rangers attitude who think that they’re police forces or something. Keeping the good spots for their friends and family.
Inshaa Allah i will never go there again and I wouldn’t advice anybody to go there. Alhamdulillah there are plenty of other masajid and islamic centers close...

However, I have noticed that some members of the community, especially among certain groups (including some Arab brothers and sisters), seem uncomfortable with the presence of young children and react negatively when they make small noises.
While I understand the importance of maintaining focus during prayer, I kindly ask for greater patience and understanding toward parents with young children. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was compassionate with children in the masjid and reminded us to show mercy...
Read moreA Beautiful Masjid, But Unwelcoming to Families with Children.
This masjid is beautiful and spiritually uplifting, a great place for prayer. However, it’s unfortunately not very welcoming for families with children. Some older women regularly confront parents, even when kids are calm and respectful. Their behavior is often rude and, at times, feels discriminatory.
It’s disheartening that the management has turned a blind eye to this issue. I personally know a few families who have stopped attending prayers because of these negative encounters. A masjid should be a place of compassion and unity, not judgment and hostility.
I sincerely pray Allah grants us all wisdom, patience, and kindness, especially...
