The Bushel Stop — Attraction in Pompano Beach

SOD IS CHEAPER AT A A A Garden Center. I bought my first round of sod here, it was part brown part green and more expensive than A A A Garden Center. I bought the second round at A A A Garden Center and it was much greener and cheaper. To put things in perspective, I paid 145 $ for half a palette of sod at Buschel Shop... Paid 106$ for half a palette of sod at A A A Garden Center. They charge 1.99 per sod layer but give you a discount with the more you buy. See the comparison picture below. The greener is from A A A and the brown-ish one is from Buschel. Also, cI was charged 100$ delivery charge by buschel shop... to LITERALLY flip the truck bed up and let the sod palette in my driveway.. of course the palette broke and there was a mess to clean up. After spending thousands of dollars at this location the staff was always helpful and polite. Two weeks ago I started a project and was instructed to just return what I didn't use. I thought okay and purchased over $600.00 worth of supplies. So instead of 2 bags of bushel stop sand just sitting in my yard I drove out to exchange and buy some plants. Well, if I didn't have a receipt an exchange would NOT take place. I left drove down the street to SUNKISS nursery donated the 2 bags and purchased $50.00 worth of beautiful flowers. The guys here always professional, courteous and helpful. As a woman I get nervous about going into places like this where I usually get harassed, asked out or something weird like that. These gentlemen are darling. If I had a bigger yard I would come here all the time. I mulch my yard every year (got dogs) and always get my mulch, patio brick, and sand at BS. When I do go to Home Depot or Lowe's, I always see landscapers with truck beds full of bags of of mulch, or soil, or rock. I always feel so bad for them and tell them about Bushel Stop, because I know they paid three...
