If you have a high end gaming PC don’t bring it here, I brought my NZXT player three prime PC in here and explained serval times that my PC would turn on and run games for a hour or so and then the game would crash and wouldn’t load back into the game but my main screen and web browser and everything would still work, I explained multiple times that when I go to settings and go to update and security that it would say windows 11 needed a update but when I would go to update it would give a error message, so I brought it into there shop and they plugged it up and everything loaded up and I kept explaining to the gentleman I believe his name was Lenny to click on update and security so I could show him the problem and we could watch together what happens and see what it was doing NOT ONCE did he do what I asked so he could see the problem, he simply said oh we just need to do a fresh re install of windows and update your bios, then he shutdown the PC and I paid him $100 to do the windows install, I didn’t hear anything for two days until I had to call and see what’s wrong, they told me it was looking good and they did a update on the BIOS and I could pick up the PC later that day or might need another day, so I went the next day to pickup the PC and they said now my processor is bad, I get home and plug up my PC and it’s worse then before, it won’t even load up anything at all, before it was still very functional and would still load up to the main screen and I could still play games for at least a hour before any issues, now when I power it on it just restarts over and over and over and over, Unusable, luckily it has a two year warranty and I’ll send it back to the professionals at NZXT in California. In Steven we found a competent, knowledgeable, and reliable computer repair company. That is hard to find. We own a company, and Steven understands our sense of urgency with our business computer. He knows his customers, and he cares. He is awesome, and he stands by his work. It is so nice to be able to call and speak to a familiar voice or walk-in and see a familiar face. You are not dealing with a company that has a different person every day of the week that does not know your system! I cannot say enough good things about his customer service and knowledge!!! You can take your computer to him, or he will come to you. If you are looking for new or a refurbished computer, call Steven. I have bought both. Honestly the refurbished one runs like I bought it brand new. Had it for years, NEVER a problem.
I must mention that Steven is honest too. I have had dealings with one local company that referred to themselves as “Christians” and they sold me things that I did not need, charged me an arm and a leg. I had so many problems with that computer the other company built for me that it was obscene. I will not mention names, they are still here, and very active in the community. Read moreI went to their store this morning, for a processor cooling fan, they sent me home with one that didn’t fit so I returned it and forgot some packaging so he said leave it here and I’ll install the new cooler while your gone, came back to find he had went past the cooler and took my processor out and told me I had bigger problems than a cooler! Now I needed a motherboard and cooler! This pc ran top bench marks since 2009 had multiple graphics cards and multiple coolers never had a issue ever! But all the sudden the pins are bent and the motherboards trash, you do the math! Couldn’t but help to notice while in the store the ceiling is covered with a plethora of old motherboards, I know everyone gave great reviews, and I wish I could do the same, I can’t say they did it, but I cant say I would ever go back!
