Starting with the best… Food was amazing! I ordered the roasted pork with yellow rice and red beans. Meat was perfectly seasoned and super tender. Rice texture was perfect and beans were delicious. My boyfriend ordered the Oxtail with white rice and black beans and he loved everything. We also ordered a mofongo and was soft and delicious. The restaurant is dominican but I think they have a puertorrican chef in the back too lol because food taste dominican/puertorrican. The service was excellent and the food arrive fast (15 min). My kiddo and I went to dinner at an awesome hidden gem. Google calls it M&F international but they changed the name to El Rincon Del Mofongo. It's in Bell plaza next to goodwill in Port Charlotte by Midway Blvd.

The waitress, Shirley, was so nice and incredibly helpful considering we had never been there. She knew the menu and helped us order. Everything I’ve had was AMAZING! Auténtico comida de dominicano Lol idk if I said that right but it’s soooo good. Being from miami I missed having some good mofongo. I’ve had the chimi (amazing ) , fish and shrimp in garlic sauce with the mofongo (amazing) , chicken breast in a sauce ( amazing) queso frito ( amazing) pork , omg everything is perfectly seasoned.
