This is one of those "go-to spots" you definitely need to check out while visiting Portland OR! The actual mansion does not allow dogs inside, but the spacious front yard welcomes all furry friends on leash! The amazing views of the city here is worth the visit alone, but my personal favorite is all of the really great hiking trails surrounding the mansion! I like to make this visit more of a fun day trip and park along Cornell Rd and hike up to the mansion. There are two different trails to explore that connect to the property... one that takes you to Hoyt Arboretum area and one that takes you to the Witches Castle trailhead!
