Potterville Park — Attraction in Potterville

Pottervilles Park has a plus in that it's right next to the library. Which means you can pick yourself out a book, pick up a couple books for the kids and go to the playground. Make sure you bring a blanket or chairs because the only places there are to sit are the picnic tables and if they're reserved you're out of luck. Equipment is good, both my kids and my grandkids loved...

Great park for younger ones to play in; however, older kids are often there hanging out in the pavillion also. The downside is there is always a bit of trash and some cigarette butts throughout the actual play area. The rule for my kids is we each pick up 5 pieces of trash before we leave and, sadly, we never have a hard time...

It's a great place for the kids but I do wish the graffiti wasn't there. Older kids could really take away childhood for others when they leave graffiti.

Needs repainting then I'll go with five stars. Update: still needs a repainting and new wood chips. Replace the broken slides. Maybe get rid of the nasty tree...
