While there is an amazing view of the mountain (when it’s out), this playground truly is for bigger kids. If your kid is under 5 like mine, be prepared to get your own balance/stretch workout in as you clamber on this thing. It’s great for kids with vivid imaginations. Useful things to know: It has one slide. To get to the slide, kids will have to climb and balance-walk either on elevated “stepping stones” or over some netting. There are some pretty big falls, so if your kiddo has shorter legs… maybe give them a hand. There are no swings. Overall, if you are not afraid to get stuck in, it’s a great playground.

The playground is very much made for older kids for there's a lot of climbing and on the top of it can be scary and a little unsafe, for an experienced climbers for is just ropes, and stepping stones. I fell and Bruce my knee really badly, but it was definitely worth it, not very much accessibly for wheelchairs. If you were to bring kids to this park, for them to have a 20% chance of getting hurt if they are running about it and being very active on this play structure.

A great new play structure. There are lots of different things to climb and a variety of ways to move around the structure. At just under 4 feet, my child was really having to stretch to do some of the climbing, but most of it was manageable with minimal adult help needed.

This is a new park and and it was our first time there. We spent about at least an hour at the park and my son loved it. The view of Mt Rainier looks spectacular from here. The surrounding neighborhood is still being built.

Unfortunately, while were there, there were 3 separate dog owners that thought it was ok to let their dogs run around without leashes. There is a list of park rules and one of them does identify that dogs must be on leashes. If you have a dog and want to let them run loose, please go...
