Amazing facility, friendly and professional staff, and a very comfortable waiting/watch area to make sure your fur baby is having fun. We just took our fur baby in and he was extremely timid to start out. He has never been in such an exciting environment with so many friends. It took him a while to warm up, but with the help of the staff he was totally fine after 15 minutes. The staff is amazing. They noticed him struggling and trying to hide in the corner so seeing the staff make a special effort to pet and comfort him made me so happy. And it worked. He just needed the human encouragement to let him know everything is ok and went on to start playing. We highly recommend this facility and we definitely will be regularly...

Our dogs go here several times a week for play care. The time, price and package options are great. All of the pets board at tails many time a year. We have had them stay 2 weeks before and they’re always super healthy and happy coming home. All of the staff is wonderful and helpful and we can tell truly care for each animal. They know our pets quirks and give them nick names… make us feel right at home. We also use the grooming services and it had been about a decade since I had a groomer that understood how we wanted to trim our golden. First time taking my Yorkie there. He came home not smelling good. I paid $86 and tip. I don’t think they even took him a bath. His haircut around his face makes him look weird. The trimming around his face makes him look like he has some weird looking bangs. He looks like a grandpa! The bottom (full stomach area) wasn’t trimmed like Petco usually does.
