Tehaleh — Local services in Prairie Ridge

Did a hike thought a good chunk of their trials on September 18, 2022. I use the dog park that is in their neighborhood as it is really nice. Hounds Hollow it called. While there I notice some trails, and a friend even mentioned that they have trails. Doing more research they have lots of trails and thought to take a hike starting at the dog park Hounds Hollow. The trails are really nice and well maintained. Easily marked, especially when you get into neighborhoods and are having to cross the street to the next trail. I would call these trails depending on what trails you are doing Easy to Moderate. I did about 6.6 miles in about three hours, and there are many more trails I missed. On their online information it says that they are about 30 plus miles of trails that can be accessed. When hiking with your dog, make sure that they are leashed, and that you have water! There is really no place to get them to water even on the warmest day, unless you are at the dog park. Overall it was a fun hike to take on...

Who doesn't like the location and scenery of this newfound community. I used to enjoy the outdoors here before they put all these homes in this area. Bonney Lake to South Prairie to Orting there's about 3,500 Acres of pristine property here that it's the last to be touched in almost all the area spelling for the word surrounding hundred miles. Investors have spent a lot of money to create a Elite type community. No one can argue the location and the homes designs are fairly nice too. My favorite part believe it or not is the Caffe d'arte store in the main building that was first to be there. I wouldn't hesitate to enjoy this place any time of the week to for a simple getaway. You'll be glad you did....

Really poor access to this place. With the homes being built at great speed it is unimaginable what the traffic congestion will be like in another year or two. The people working at their post are rude and one in particular that runs their marketing there is full of herself. Her friend that is a broker at Keller Williams and her have some kind of "superiority" complex that they think they run the place....as a real estate professional I will only sell a home there if a customer begs me. There are much better places in Bonney Lake building new homes that avoid this Soap Opera...
