The more I think about your reply, the more disingenuous it feels. Our daughter was injured, and it easily could have been much worse. If there had been genuine concern, someone from Jungle Land would have reached out to us directly rather than posting a public response that minimizes the seriousness of what happened and appears more focused on saving face. Here is a photo of her contact burn she received from your equipment. Based on our experience, this is not, in fact, a safe environment for kids. Unfortunately, we will not be returning, and in good conscience, we cannot recommend your establishment until meaningful and safer changes are made to your merry go round. We visited Jungle Land in Prosper expecting a fun, safe environment for our toddler, but what happened was terrifying. My 20-month-old dropped a toy under the merry-go-round and reached to get it. Her arm got stuck, and she immediately started screaming in pain. In that moment, we honestly thought her arm was broken until things finally calmed down; she ended up with a contact burn and was completely terrified. What made it worse was the lack of response from staff. The employee working didn’t even look up, come over to help, or ask if my daughter was okay. There wasn’t even a bag of ice available for her burn, and no one seemed to have any procedure for handling an accident. I understand that accidents can happen anywhere, but safety and preparedness are essential, especially in a place designed for small children. I truly hope Jungle Land reviews and updates its safety protocols, ensures staff are trained to respond quickly and compassionately, keeps basic first-aid supplies like ice on hand, and adds an emergency stop button for the merry-go-round. With those changes, I could feel comfortable bringing my child back again.

We went to check out Jungle Land today and it’s a great place for younger toddlers. My 5 year old enjoyed himself as well, and this was a great spot to go since I feel like other indoor playgrounds are too advanced for my 2 yr old. The only thing I wish it didn’t have was the video games in the back. I’d rather my kids play with toys or bounce or something OTHER than screens. While you do need quarters to operate the games, I wish it wasn’t there at all. Overall, our experience was great and it’s nice to have a local spot that’s great for littler toddlers who aren’t quite ready for a full indoor playground.

We were invited for a birthday party here , the place was a lot smaller than expected (which isn’t a bad thing) . It’s super easy to see your child . We’ve been to places that has a toddler area but mixed with kids up to age 12 so it wasn’t very safe but this place is specifically and only for toddlers ! Very clean and safe . My three kids had a wonderful time . Ball pit , video games (need coins to play) , interactive wall game, tiny safe slow merry go round , play kitchen (didn’t have much play food or items ) , play doctor , covered trampoline , slides, punching bags, swing, rocket ship . Yes restroom.

I would give Jungle Land 6 stars if it were possible. This was our first time hosting a birthday party outside of our home, and we're thrilled we chose Jungle Land as our venue. Their birthday packages offered exactly what we needed, and we had the whole place to ourselves for two hours to enjoy with our guests. The staff diligently set up the decorations, plates, and food for kids and adults. They were tremendously helpful in organizing the plating of food and cake, as well as coordinating the timing for singing the birthday song.

We were looking for a specific theme that wasn't listed on their website, but after contacting them, they made it happen. The service was spectacular; everyone was polite and super helpful. They were also very accommodating as we adjusted our guest lists. Moreover, they provided great advice on how much food to order based on the number of guests.

We opted for package #3, which included a soap bubble dance and a video/slideshow of pictures of our choice to showcase the best memories of the birthday person. The kids had so much fun!

They even helped with the cleanup part of the party and assisted us in carrying the gifts to our car. Highly recommended. I also suggest physically visiting the location to ensure the layout and size of the establishment fit your needs. Overall, the establishment is clean and cozy. The waiting area is somewhat small, but for a party of 20 kids + adults, it would comfortably accommodate if the party is distributed across the socks-only and waiting area. Overall, I feel this was a...

I brought my 9-month-old baby to this place for some playtime, hoping for a positive experience. When I arrived, the facility was completely empty. I checked in and was told by the front desk staff that my baby couldn’t play barefoot and would need socks — which is totally understandable. However, I wasn’t aware of this beforehand, and I let her know. She said they sold socks there, which I was fine with, so I agreed to purchase a pair.

Here’s where it went downhill: after completing the transaction, she handed me a pair of socks that were clearly way too big — they could’ve fit his head, not his feet. I asked her why she would sell me socks that obviously wouldn’t fit an infant, and her response was, “That’s the only size we have.”

Why wouldn’t you tell a parent before taking their money that you don’t have appropriate sizes for a baby? That’s basic customer courtesy.

Still, I asked if my son could just play for a few minutes since no one else was there and I had already paid for both admission and unusable socks. She said no.

$18 isn’t going to break me, but it’s the principle. You could see the socks wouldn’t fit. You could see the baby wasn’t going to hurt anyone playing alone in an empty space. The lack of common sense, empathy, and communication here was beyond frustrating. I won’t be returning, and I definitely won’t recommend this place to...
