Black Willow Boutique — Local services in Prosper

I discovered this boutique in late 2020 when they opened but didn’t visit till spring 2021. Since then, they have surpassed my expectations with the quailing clothing they offer at reasonable prices, an array of locally made jewelry and gifts and the high level of customer service that truly sets them apart. The store is well laid out with clothing presented by color categories which make it a breeze to shop. When I enter the store, the gals know me by name and often ask how my hubby is and how is business. Ashley and her sister are the sweetest and love serving and giving back to their community which is expanding online. When I spend my money there, I know who I’m choosing to support - local families. I first came here back in December on Christmas Eve actually, I messaged the owner Ashley on via FB messenger saying I really wanted a leopard dress and she said they’d hold it for me. I literally came up 2 min before they closed and the young lady there was so professional and patient and didn’t rush me. They have cute clothes, trendy shoes and great customer service! I have been to other boutiques where the people there stick up their nose and don’t even greet you, right when I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance. I was a little nervous when I walked in the boutique, especially since I wasn't sure if they would have anything for my demographic. Boy, was I wrong! I walked in looking for one shirt, and I ended up with three! And they all were less than I've paid for one shirt, and the quality is second-to-none! I've already worn 2 shirts since I purchased (fewer than 2 weeks), and I'm waiting for a date with my husband to wear the 3rd. Great prices, comfortable setting and no pressure from the sales people.
