I originally went in for a trim, I was pleasantly surprised because I was a walk-in and got in the chair in less than 15 minutes and she was super nice and welcoming, I left happy. So I decided to schedule an appointment for my husband because we had a limited window to get in. I am a pretty patient person, my husband is not but ya know oh well. We walked in to the stylist I requested doing a haircut, no big deal. We then told them we were here for an appointment and she just said 'okay' and nothing else, we say there while she finished that haircut then called another one into her chair, which as she was talking to the mom I find out that they were all walk-ins and she still had another 2 to do after the one she was working on. The part that confused us the most is instead of making her walk-ins wait for her appointment to be taken care of we proceeded to wait over an hour just to be moved to another stylist. I get that 'things' happen, but you really shouldn't offer appointments if you're not going to honor them, people take time out of their day to schedule a specific time because they have kids, jobs, responsibilities. Most of us aren't scheduling appointments to be difficult, and I'm all for staying loyal and kind to your regulars but you're never going to get new regulars if you act like they don't exist. Now I know I'm probably going to get a sarcastic reply because judging from other reviews that's what most people get, just do better instead of acting like you care while being sarcastic. Another stylist arrived around 10:15 and said she had an 11 o clock appointment numerous times to the other stylist. She rushed through 2 haircuts for my girls. Then rushed through my haircut and did an awful job. She messed up my hair around my ears there are pieces there that don’t make sense. The back of my hair one side is shorter than the other . I also let her know before the haircut started that I needed an eyebrow and lip wax. She let me know the price of the haircuts and refused to do my wax due to her having clients at 11. She finished my haircut at 10:47 she had 13 mins left to still be able to do my wax. This would have given her plenty of time. I will definitely not be coming back . I spent 60 dollars on 3 haircuts.
