Bahía Salinas Beach — Attraction in Puerto Rico

Its a long drive out of the way just for a photo opportunity. Nothing really to do here except walk around the pink Salt flats. They smell sulfuric but when they're full, it's not as stinky as when they're empty. Recommend going in the summer or fall, the wetter season, as they are empty during the dry winter season. There is also a lot of trash, it needs ti be cleaned up. There is some wildlife too,...

It is gone now. Plus depending on the tide and wind, it smells horrible. The drive further down the peninsula is downright weird. Not a place I would recommend to go when the rest of the island is...

Horrible.. Un olor a podrido y el camino para llegar.. Pues mejor dicho tienes que tener una SUV con gomas Gigante porque ese camino esta lleno de rotos y chichones.. Fuimos a Playa Sucia 2 meses atras y Enrealidad el Nombre le corresponde!! No Good at all. Do Not recommend My Personal opinion if you don't believe take the trip and see it...
