A very remote and secluded beach. We visited on a Tuesday and followed a trail from Playa Las Golondrinas to finally arrive here. There were very few people here. Despite our enthusiasm we didn’t encounter nude sun bathing so as visitors we refrained from doing so ourselves. Plenty of solitude here. This beach is also known by the name El Callao.

Queda detrás de la cueva de las golondrinas, para llegar es como a 5 minutos, cuando llegues a la cueva de las golondrinas a mano izquierda hay un caminito que te lleva al callao. No es recomendable llevar cosas pesadas ya que el camino es angosto y un poco complicado. Lo único que no me gustó es que una parte se une con parte de una laguna.

Queda detrás de la cueva de las golondrinas, para llegar es como a 5 minutos, cuando llegues a la cueva de las golondrinas a mano izquierda hay un caminito que te lleva al callao. No es recomendable llevar cosas pesadas ya que el camino es angosto y un poco complicado. Lo único que no me gustó es que una parte se une con parte de una laguna.

A short walk through the mangrove trees gets you to two beaches. One is where the caves are. There are also some natural pools on top. When you cross over the hill on the west side you reach a little fresh water stream that leads to another large beach. First part is really good for little kids. Love this beach! It is protected from the ocean with rocks - it’s great to swim and snorkel, you see lots of fish and I saw a small ray- beautiful! You have to walk on a trail Behind Poza de las Mujeres, only about 8 minute walk through...
