Stereo City — Attraction in Racine

Made an appointment on 3/15/19. Dropped my car off on 3/21/19 for tint work. Guy told me it would take up to 3 hours for the work to be done. Told him okay and left for 3 hours. Went back close to 3 hours later and my car wasnt even moved, no work done. Guy tells me they have been backed up since yesterday and there was one car in front of me. He told me it would be done by the end of the day, i said okay and gave him the benefeit of the doubt. Went back right before the shop closed up for the day and was told the same story and the car still hasnt moved. He was gonna reschedule for the next week thursday or give me my deposit back. The owner ( I believe was the owner) was very nice and informative, I went there to get a AMP tuned because i couldn’t figure it out and a decent place to do it, but I was genuinely happy with my experience here he helped me out and showed me that I was severely under-powering my subs and showed me two amps that were major upgrades and showed me the specs of mine and the new ones. After all said and done with a new amp, cable management/cable plug metal sleeves and a new amp it cost as much as what the amp alone with tax would cost. I wanted to replace my stereo/cassette in my 95 caddy .with cd/radio/bluetooth .manager was able to get me in within 2 days. he quoted me a price and there were no surprises when time to pay. he was easy to talk to and explained in detail what I could expect from my new toy.My car was done within 3 hours and he called me to pick it up.i could not find my ride so i called him back and explained that I would pick the car up next day.
