You also have to pay a $55 booking fee on top of the $225. You can get a bounce house cheaper than that at another local place that does just as good a job. And they don't hide their "additional" fees.

To be clear, I posted a photo of our communication and what was texted to me. I admit, I missed the "Additional" portion and take responsibility for that. But man, come on. Be clear on your website. Be clear in your contact with customers.

Renting a bounce house from Magic By David Inflatables is $280. Not $225.

Hiding that cost in your contract and not making it clear on the main website feels icky.

Our experience with this business was above and beyond what we expected. We rented from a different state and their policies and communication with us were outstanding. They were attentive in the lead up and the day of the team was early, friendly, professional and fast. It was amazing how quickly they set up the large bounce house we rented that had the slide. I recommend that to everyone, the kids loved it. There was a basketball hoop inside, they provided the ball, a little obstacle course and of course the giant slide which was the biggest hit. This company made the party for the kids and we recommend them to anyone and everyone. Even if youre from out of town doing everything over the phone and text like we did. Don't use David's team, hidden fees, bad customer service and mediocre experience. I contacted David when they added fees, he didn’t contact me. The party did go great, David’s stuff wasn't the only thing at our party and while kids don’t understand what all is bad overall a bad experience with his company. If Customer service is so important restitution would be made; instead nothing was offered. Hidden fees: added a gas fee after discussing it wasn’t needed I had to call to get it removed.
