Beautifully built wine tasting room with both bar and table seating. Our host, Carmen, was knowledgeable and described each wine along with suggested food pairings. Most are quite sweet, as expected for muscadine wines, but only one was so sweet I couldn't drink it.
Surprises were the Hotlanta (50 pounds of jalapeño seeds are infused) and the Creme Brulee, a complex dessert wine. The Hotlanta seems a bit of a novelty, but the Creme Brulee would please even the more discerning palates.
