Visited Bonita falls for the first time and wow! It is so peaceful, refreshing and the water is really cold up there! Worth the hike. It is an easy hike but there's a lot of rocks so be careful as you are making your way up there. Good hiking shoes are recommended as well as water shoes. 30 minute hike, 15 minutes of it there's no shade at all but the rest has plenty of trees, shade and places to sit and rest. Bring water and a hat it gets hot as you walk up. Getting in the water is permitted and encouraged as you will need it after the walk up there. Some rocks have arrows to guide you in the right way so that was helpful. Lots of graffiti. Overall an awesome experience and...

There is plenty of parking space within the road. The hike will depend how far you park. I parked closer towards the gps.

The hike will depend on the route you take, it can take up to 1.7 miles there and back or you can park where I parked at. The route I took was about 3 miles there and back.
