Trump National Golf Club Los Angeles — Attraction in Rancho Palos Verdes

My two well traveled friends finally returned to Los Angeles, they celebrated with me at the Trump International Golf /Restaurant last night. Talk about women just have fun.... we have so much fun when we were tipsy with fine wine and gourmet foods. In addition to the food, Anthony, our server has blessed us with one ☝️ ( Trump’s gesture in emoji form , lol,😅😂🤣) unforgettable fun and lively birthday/ girls night out The positive vibes he sent out caring to his customers are well received. The sun shine boy’s smiles and his service is like the fire place in the restaurant. It is big , warm , and welcoming. 🤔well, not sure, perhaps, it the Italian hospitality in him?

The gourmet food and wine pairing is the high light of our celebration. We all have the Sea bass and Catalina View Chardonnay, although I am not sure if it was un corked barrels in 2013, however it had the aromas of white peach, nectarine, and a hint of toasted almond. It is heavenly pairing come true with the Sea Bass! It brings out the sweetness of the fish. Fish is lightly seared to perfection with hints of sea salt. Please ask for Anthony to garnish with freshly grind black pepper. Although there is a pepper shaker on the table, the freshly grind paper puts more kicks to complements the toasty almond taste in the wine. 🤗it is just me!

The saffron lentil comes with the fish is out of the this world, the bold and rich taste of saffron perfects the lentil beans with sweetness. If you happen to pair your dish with the Chardonnay like me, the sauce under the lentil matches the wine 🍷 with hinted “ romance.” I say romance it because it is not like pairing with the sea bass, it is so just conventionally RIGHT! The lentils and the wine match is like twin flame love. You found that special some one in your heart at the least expected time and place! “ Dancing in the dark but you know you have find she or him - Ed Sheehan “🤣 my imagination can get out unannounced 🙄.

We met a French wine connoisseur,Hakim, the manager from Southern Wine before we depart. He gave us some nice suggestions on food and wine pairing the French way.

I think I will ask for chilled Chianti will go well with the salmon next time, however, I might not know what is the sauce come with the Salmon, I will take a leap of faith to try it out! I will try some full bodies like Cabernet Sauvignon or merlot with the meats in the future.

I am blessed with 20years friendship with my friends, gourmet food from the kitchen team at the Trump International, and great service from our sunshine server- Anthony. Please ask for Anthony to tend your table when you visit Trump some day. Anthony will bring sunshine to you table like he did to our table. A perfect night out during a week day end with blessing from God. He had blessed me with with health, friendship, people who love to serve others with sincerity. At the humanity level, I am grateful for my fellow human being who bless me with this wonderful night. At the spiritual level , these kindred spirits have guided my and their destinies in a few minutes - heaven on earth experience journey - at the Trump international tonight. Seriously best golf experience ever.. I've played all over the world, and this is a top 5 golf Mecca.. the golf course was in perfect shape.. very difficult track, but if was easy who would want to play? Except maybe for insane ocean front views on every hole and green.. The service was amazing in every facet, from bag drop, valet, starter, ranger to the wait staff.. I could not ask for a better day..

If anyone who rated it one star actual knew how to swing a club and have played any course in their life they would rate it a 5.. Its that good..Its unbelievable people would rate this course a 1/5 because they don't like the President... How sad and honestly scary... By doing that less people will play one of the best places to play in the World..As a 4 handicap I would encourage any golfer to play this course and judge for yourself.. You will not regret it.. I can't wait...

I've played many golf courses in California and other states in this country, when considering a balance of beauty, conditions and service.. this golf course is five stars in all categories starting with the views! If you want a down side to visiting this club than I would have to blame yourself for not being prepared for a tough course, accuracy and placement of shots are a must if your keeping score, I love this course! Its humbling and rewarding with tee boxes that are epic, greens true and fast with gorgeous ocean views. It's a must experience for mid to low handicappers, the service and food is unparalleled for a public use golf course. Bring your A game though, This course offers everything you'd want in a challenge and a fabulous place to enjoy your day on the links rivaling Pebble Beach and more challenging in my opinion..
