My experience at Flemington Audi was extremely positive. Initially, I contacted the dealership looking for information on an A3. Victor Belisle responded almost immediately after I sent an inquiry request on-line (and this was later at night around 10pm). I was very impressed with the rapid response. I went into the dealership that weekend to test drive the A3 (they even had it in the cobalt blue color I was interested in). The sales person I dealt with was Jason Haye. Very nice, friendly and patient salesman. He really had a good handle on explaining the details of the vehicle's technology package and what it could offer. Ultimately, although I also looked into a Q3, I ended up purchasing an Audi A4 Quattro from Jason and couldn't be happier. I visited 2 other Audi dealerships in northern NJ and although 1 of them even offered slightly better pricing for the A4, I went with Flemington Audi because of their professionalism, transparency and ability to work with me to get me what I wanted in a car for the price I wanted. The other Audi dealerships I visited seemed very shady and throwing in perks at the end when I was ready to walk away. Flemington Audi tells you as it is - up front, I met Doug Mathewson who helped with pricing and he was very transparent that they tell you as it is - no hidden fees. And he was right. The contract drawn up was exactly as it is with no 'additional' add-ons that you see at other car dealerships when you're ready to try to agree on a deal. I highly recommend Flemington Audi. I've had no issues dealing with anyone there. They are professional and courteous. Jason Haye contacted me several days after I took my new car home to notify me that they had completed the transfer of my old license plates to the new car and my registration was completed. He said he could send the registration to me or I could go and pick it up. Very accommodating to my schedule. They are open late hours on weekdays which is great for my schedule. Often times, I had to stop by there after work and around 6:30 and they were available still. I am going to get my maintenance done by their service department as well since I'm very impressed with their sales department. It is very important to work with sales people you feel you can trust that don't have hidden agendas up their sleeve and are honest and trustworthy. And will answer all the questions you have about a new car because in my opinion, buying a vehicle takes a lot of research and work. Flemington Audi is just the place to go to if you're looking for a new Audi, VW or Porsche. Really like their transparency and style. It takes a lot for a car dealership to impress me because I was in car business over 15 years myself and I can honestly say that these guys did everything right. They had the car presented on Internet just right with right pictures in right orders so it was like having a walk around. We sent them an email around 10:00 PM at got a response back in ten minutes from John Rachmiel with all the answers to our questions and a follow up phone call the next morning. He was very professional and had all he set us up with the most pleasant salesman in car business Paul Marion. We are from Long Island NY and there were other similar cars in similar price range but these guys not only did everything text book perfect over the phone but also reflected their professionalism and personalities during our communication. A few days later we drove over 3 hours to go meet Paul Marion and test drove the Touareg he did an amazing walk around not missing anything about to vehicle including a little dent (We really appreciated his straight forward professional presentation with his pleasant personal touch) Sales manager Doug Mathewson was also very pleasant, professional and he knew his job very well. He was straight forward and fair with the numbers (both selling price and our trade) so we made the deal then we met finance manager Corey Evans (another professional and pleasant guy) and a few days later we picked up the car and met Paul's co-worker Bob Paulson who helped delivering the car who made us feel home and made sure everything went smooth and quick. Finally on the out we met general manager Steve Opdyke thanking us for the business as we thanked him for such great car buying experience. We love the car we bought. Paul Marion called us the next day to make sure that we were happy with the car and ask if there is anything else that he could do for us. If you're in the market for a new VW, make sure to stop by and talk to Sue Depasque. I had been looking for a Jetta TDI and had dealt with a few dishonest dealerships, specifically Joe Heidt in Ramsey, Jack Daniels and VW of Newton. The sales persons tried every deceitful tactic in the book, lied about features/prices and generally wasted my time. I was very clear and specific in what I wanted, as well as what I didn't. The aforementioned and their staff didn't seem to care about this. I had reached the point of frustration, to the point where I didn't want to consider buying VW. Luckily Sue reached out to me, via the price quote request online. She assured me over the phone that she had the exact car, with all of the features that I wanted. Naturally I was skeptical as this is what the other sales reps were telling me, only for me to arrive and find out otherwise. I took the drive down to Flemington and as promised/described, the car was there. My whole car buying experience did a 360, going from a nightmare to a dream come true. Sue and the entire staff was courteous, friendly, helpful and above all, honest. Everything was as how she described. The icing on the cake was that they beat everyone's price by a wide margin! Overall it was a great experience. I was in and out in half an hour. I never felt rushed, intimidated, or confused. She sat there and explained everything to me in clear detail. Even after months of ownership, she's reached out to me to see if all is well with the car. This isn't something I imagine other sales reps do.
