I came in as a regular customer of the establishment and had no issues with anyone at anytime, even befriended more than a few of the baristas there to which they also recognized me as a regular and treat me accordingly kindred as such. The manager, James, had taken issue with me upon discovering that I was living homeless at the time whilst also suffering from a diagnosis of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. One day, upon coming there as usual on my days off from work, he decided to call the police on me and file a false report that I had been "sleeping in the store" of the establishment, when my place of current residence is nowhere on the property of this particular Starbucks location and is instead across from it. This happened to trigger a panic response and severe episode of my PTSD, in which I then proceeded to cut open my jugular vein within the impulsive act of a suicide attempt. I was then taken by police and fire to Hunterdon Medical Center where I received about 5 days of mental health treatment and was released. About a week later. I was wrongfully trespassed and told I could no longer return inside the establishment, for no reason other than my mental health episode. More than a few of the baristas had found out and were understandably upset over this and the news that followed. I then had another distasteful approach by James while sitting outside the establishment, using the WiFi provided, while still being more than welcomed by every other employee of the establishment other than him, for whatever reason. He then proceeded to an unnecessary insight conflict whilst talking over his cell phone and then told me for no reason, once again, that I had to leave when again, I posed no problem at all to anyone neither customer nor employee of the store. I then suffered another severe and suicidal episode of my mental illness and was hospitalized again for over a week, at which point I was just released upon making this...
Read moreMyra should be fired. The 1st face you see walking into that place because her attitude was UNREAL! she made my drink wrong. It happens. I wasnt even upset.
1st it wasn't ready after arriving for my pre-order. I saw them rushing to make it. FINE, I'm patient, AGAIN was not upset at all! I got my drink and it was literally all milk. So I went inside and the attitude I got for the mistake they made. After paying 15$ for my coffee Frappuccino with 4 EXTRA SHOTS that was literally just milk. There was no coffee!!!
The annoyed face when I walked in the door, took me by surprise!! I came in all smiles! I even apologized!!!! No one was even there so they weren't even busy!
I explained it didnt taste good! I literally get this drink all the time. It was completely white! Last I checked coffee was black! As soon as I saw it I knew it was wrong!
So I just asked for my extra espresso shots in a small cup and Ill just fix it at home bc it was clearly all milk! No big deal!
So she said if I wanted any coffee in it that would be an extra charge! Then after back and forth she admitted she made it wrong!!!!!!
So I asked just make me a new drink the correct way and she refused to make me a new one! She wanted to put the drink that I just drank from back into the blender! Wouldnt that be a health code violation? Um no.
Thanks starbucks I took the loss and tossed out the 15$ milk you sold me.
Seriously train your "baristas" better or find people who aren't so angry and mean or time to close these doors.
I'm literally so upset the way I was treated.. ...
Read moreThis is what they gave me there for $ 7.09. I never ,ever experienced worse service at a Starbucks . I am a Starbucks regular for years. Never has a location been so not worth my money as this particular one in Flemington,nj. I cannot express in words my anger at what I was given when i asked for a venti white chocolate mocha with a extra expresso shot and whip cream. The picture is as I got it . I drove away, sipping it , expecting whip only at first like I usually get when I order this particular drink this way, see , most locations in warren county I have visited do get the steps right and I enjoy not only paying for my order , but tipping good service, but anyway , as I sipped it I did not get any whip cream, only liquid that tasted, well , awful. I parked and took off the top and, well , let's just let the pictures speak for themselves. I'm so disappointed and disgusted at the low quality service and product at this location that not only will I never give them my money again or take a chance to go there no matter how much I want a latte, I also will tell anyone who inquires, to definitely not go to this Starbucks, go out of your way and go to another one or somewhere else before you even consider giving this place your money. You will regret it even if you go back and ask them to give you what you paid for, even then they cannot get it right. They do not deserve any...
