I called searching for a hard to locate part. Although they didn't have it, Christina took the time to hear my concerns & went so far as to extend her service to search for the part herself. Mind you all the while knowing we wouldn't be able to do business together. She actually found a suitable replacement part & was forthcoming with the order information. Today not many companies extend themselves nor are truly Customer Service friendly. I didn't even do business here, yet they gave me the absolute BEST Customer Service one could hope for. The dryer I purchased was described as having "a few scratches" only. As you can you can see, there are more than a few scratches, some are rusty and there is also paint dripped on the dryer. The inside is stained blue and has some sort of residue.
