K B Nails — Attraction in Reidsville

It started off well. Sat down in a pedicure chair and waited for someone to become available. Unfortunately, shortly into the pedicure a man asks how long it would be. It was maybe 5 - 10 mins into my actual pedicure. He was wealthy looking. The rest of the service was rushed like crazy. When I asked to soak a finger that had a stain (which wouldn’t impede on time) I was told no. I even called beforehand to see if I should set up an appointment. I’m not sure why my service was rushed to accommodate someone else. I’m a paying customer all the same. I’m typically a great tipper too. I guess I just didn’t “look like” a good tipper because I was wearing comfort clothes. It’s unfortunate for me because I very rarely get the opportunity to do things like this for myself. Being made to feel like a second rate citizen - I have no intention of ever returning. I could have done a better job myself at home with the limited tools I have. ...

I got my nails done here about 2 weeks ago with SNS. I also got a gel pedicure, which is still going strong and looks as good as the day I got it. No chipping, peeling, etc.

As for my SNS nails, I chose a solid color and a rounded square for my shape, which was done beautifully!! So far I’ve had no issues with lifting or chipping, and my nail retention is INSANE for only two weeks. I have very slow growth typically, so this is impressive. Will be returning to get a fill in, or a whole new set depending on how long I can let my nails grow out underneath the SNS safely.

I was most concerned about lifting and bacteria potentially getting underneath and damaging my natural nail, but thus far I’ve had no problems! Proper prep goes a long way, and K B knocked it out of the park.

Customer service suck. Nails startied coming off less then two weeks for a brand new fullset. When they fell off i had water spots on my nails. They charged me 10 to take the rest off and said another set would be full price. I had a pedicure while i was waiting on nails. Both me and my daughter......literally from the time the water was filled to the time she was done scrubbing was 10 min. We paid 80 for two pedicures of 10 min. And then polish. When i voiced my opinion. O was told we cant make everyone happy. And when i said thats fine but you lost my buisness, he made a joke saying wellbyour daughter can come back. Save your money and give it to people that care about you and the service they provide.

update my daughters nail broke today just got it done yeaterday. We have been waiting over an hour for it to be fixed...
