Burger King — Restaurant in Reidsville

Went to Burger King in Reidsville, NC about a week ago , in the evening order a bunch of hot dogs & onion rings , got home the hot dogs were burned & tough , my dad called the store talked to a manager explained to her she was very rude & told my dad to come back and get the food replaced , well today Saturday the 19th at around 6:15pm went in the store order what my dad thought was the food that was bad at my last visit , the manager there a black lady begin to disagree with my dad on the amount of food that my dad should get , my dad is 64 y.o. had pancreatic cancer in 2012 , his memory is not good at times. And he would not try to get something for nothing ! The black manager got very very rude & loud showing no respect to my dad our the other costumers that were in the restaurant, my dad was trying to be nice but the lady acted as if she was a child throwing a fit , she called me dad a racist & said my dad was Donald Trump. There was another family that came outside & told my dad they was sorry that someone would talk to my dad in such manner! They said they would never come back , because the manager there does not & is not qualified to be in charge, my dad was very upset & could not believe he was talked to & treated in such a manner over a couple hot dogs ! They also got another mans order wrong he took the food back to the counter & instead of throwing the food away , the manager put it back under the light to sell again , Is this health department regulations? , the costumer outside called the district manager Nick Cox. He explained to him what had happened in detail. My dad also talked to Mr Cox on the phone & got the impression that Mr Cox did not fully understand or believe him. My dad also felt that in the conversation that Mr Cox put more value on a hot dog than costumers. Just within 30 mins this Burger King lost 3 family's business just because of a black lady that was very unprofessional. Why does burger king promote business with products when they do not even have qualified managers to operate a business? , My dad was told by the black manager to never come back & called the police on him, over a hot dog when my dad was only doing what the lady had told him when he called her! , Burger King should be ashamed to put this lady the face of what Burger king represents! , and have costumers that never come back. , we have read many reviews about this Burger King & none were positive! , my dad would like for Burger King costumers to boycot this location because he feels as though this Burger King is racially partical! My dad wants an apology from Burger King, he is going to see if criminal or civil charges can be lodged against this BK , I can tell her one thing WE ARE NOT RACIST WE HAVE BLACK FRIENDS , A BLACK LADY THAT DOES OUR HAIR, And if my dad was Donald Trump don't you think he would have a white beard & white hair just like him , & have tons of money & would not go to BK ? , My dad got banned for nothing he did ! SHE IS THE ONE THAT STARTED ALL THIS! , And we are gonna call the health department! , My dad has always taught me to always treat everyone Black, White, Indian, Mexican with respect & never say things that would offend or hurt them! But it is people in this world such as the black manager at BK are setting a poor example for young people coming out in the world , THIS IS WRONG! Service was not good on Nov. 29th around 3pm. The cashier was obviously new and there should have been someone there training him. I'm laying the blame on the shift manager of the day, there were other employees in the back obviously laughing at the cashier having a hard time. If he's not able to do that job , move him to washing dishes, and keeping the place clean. I was there with my Mom and Uncle and took him almost 10 minutes to get our order rang up, then another 10 or so to get our food. Then, they ordered combos and were told you had to buy the drinks separately....SMH! 🤦‍♂️ I bought them 2 extra drinks with my order and will probably not be back to that Burger King franchise. I ordered the big fish combo, it was really greasy and I just couldnt eat it. Just go get a Filet o Fish at the Golden Arches. Whomever owns this franchise needs to clean house of the dead weight workers, hire some people who care about their job...

This place sucks so bad. Everyone that works there seems to have an attitude. They messed up my wifes order. Shes allergic to tomatoes n she told cashier no tomatoes. When wife chks sammich theres tomatoes take it bk up n the lady manager gets super pissed off n starts running her mouth about being so sick of these customers. Another girl working there absolutely wreaks of alcohol. Unprofessional to max. If you cant stand customers then gtfo of the customer service industry. These ignorant people want 15 n up per hour. Aint worth it. Cant listen to customer to get order right. Ridiculous. I hate even going there for kids. I refuse to eat there.
