Eminent Hi-Fi — Attraction in Rexburg

Eminent Hi-Fi is awesome! I recently bought a "new" used car that had an ancient touchscreen, and the thing was acting up. I called these guys up, and they said that I could bring it in and they would take a look at it free of charge. The staff were so helpful and friendly, and actually got the old touchscreen to function as best as it could for a piece of technology that is a few years old. The best part of that, was that they didn't push me to upgrade, only after I said that my wife and I were interested in something newer, he showed me their products. When they showed me the different options I had, they were very honest and transparent about the price range and range of features, I never once felt pressure to buy anything. Eminent put a stereo in for me, works great, easy process. The thing that will keep me going back is the dillagence with which they served me. As they were walking through the stereo and all its features we were sitting in the hot truck with the sun beating down on us so I went to turn on the AC. The fan turned on for half a second and shut off. I said "that's new" and they went to work. They tested the connection, tested the fuse box, got into the dash--but they never touched the controls during the installation, they just wanted me to leave with my truck working better than when I dropped it off. They discovered it was a loose wire (nothing to do with them) the power cord to the fan resistor was loose and had popped off the screw holding it. They showed it to me, told me how to fix it, put everything back together and never complained about the 20-30 min they spent searching out my previous existing issue. Great company! Great guys...

Went in to ask the installer a few questions regarding as to why my stereo isn't working after i did it myself. He dropped what he was doing, came out to my car and told me what it might be. He told me to try changing a fuse because ''i'd hate to charge you $65 to find out all i had to do was change a fuse''. So he ran back to the shop, and even handed me a fuse so i can do it myself. Oh and he did all this free of charge, needless to say I'm going to return here to buy something from them.
