My wife and I got home on Christmas day after traveling since 1am that morning. We were exhausted, very hungry and didn’t have food in the house since we were vacationing the past two weeks. Panda Express was the only place open on Christmas. Now I know working on Christmas isn’t ideal. But Panda was supposed to be open until 9pm and we arrived at 8:39. We pull up to the speaker to place our order and one of the employees asked what we would like to order. So I start placing our orders and there was no response. I asked if she could hear me. No response. I wait, assuming there might be just one employee working and maybe she was helping another customer. Still silence. I wait a few more minutes and silence. At this point I think maybe the speaker was broken. So I pull up to the window and the lady was standing there shaking her head at me from behind a closed window and motioning for me to leave. So instead of just tell us on the intercom that they were closing, they ask us what we would like to order, then ignore us and essentially give us the metaphorical middle finger to go home. The employees who worked on Christmas should be fired for being so unprofessional and discourteous. On top of that, we waited in the parking lot just incase we misinterpreted everything and they meant for us to take our order in a waiting spot, and we saw the cows called employees scooping up the last of the food and take it home for themselves. There was a lot of food. Anyways…definitely calling into corporate tomorrow and ratting them out. My wife and I had to drive to Idaho Falls to an overpacked Carls Jr Drive Thru just to eat...

My wife and I got stranded here with a sudden car breakdown and went to Panda to eat and pass an hour. The girl who helped us, Sarah, was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, none of the meat looked very appetizing at all. It was all running fairly low and the orange chicken I got was far from fresh. I gave it a try though and it was the grossest orange chicken I’ve ever gotten at Panda Express. (Mind you, I love Panda.) I went back up and asked if I could get a small side of orange chicken because mine was gross. Sarah acknowledged that it was kinda the last of an older batch and said she could get me a side for free. I politely responded: “are you sure?” And then she noticeably questioned her decision and sort of backed out of it, saying “well it will cost x amount for a small side, if that’s okay....I’d give it to you for free but I’m not a manager and don’t want to get in trouble for that...” so I awkwardly agreed and she charged me $4.35 for a fresh side of orange chicken. It was a little odd and I was kind of annoyed that it cost me $5 just to get a small portion of chicken that should have been made fresh in the first place. A fresh batch got brought to the front only a minute after I sat down the first time and if I knew it was coming, I would’ve happily waited. I didn’t want to be a person that asks for free stuff, but my chicken really was disgusting. Disappointed by my experience this...

I had placed an order at 8:51 p.m. and was told it would be a few minutes to wait for some chow mein to be done and I was fine with that. I didn't know that it was going to be a literal 25 minute wait (my vehicle has cameras with time stamps and can prove this and I have pulled the footage) for some chow mein when I was told it was going to be a few minutes. I received my order and drove home only to find that they messed up my order. I called them frustrated because I had to wait 25 minutes for an order that was wrong and the manager I spoke to on 6/3/2021 around 9:30 told me word for word "I seriously doubt you had to wait that long, and i know that order isn't wrong because i made it myself". In complete surprise because I've never been spoken like that in my lifetime by someone in management I became more upset than I already was. They told me I could receive a refund if I brought the food back in its entirety which ended up to be around 9:55 p.m. and not once throughout this entire was I apologized to. I have never had a negative experience such as this one in any situation that could have been fixed by a simple apology or decent customer service, nor do I ever write to customer service in regards to unfortunate situations with the exception of this one due to how...

I’ve visited this place many, many times as a DoorDasher as well as a customer. The food is always delicious and served in fairly generous portions (not quite as generous as other locations I’ve been to) I have at times felt rushed in ordering as well as payment (especially through the drive-thru) As a Dasher, this is my absolute favorite location to pickup from. They are always very quick and helpful. As for the photo of the drink, they gave this to me complimentary due to not having the DoorDash order ready when I arrived. This isn’t the first time that I have been greeted in this way, AMAZING Customer Service. Only recommendations for staff: #1 LARGER Portion sizes (the food cost doesn’t come out of your pocket so please fill up those plates and extra sides) #2 SMILE MORE, when you act like you enjoy working more customers will come back to enjoy your food. #3 Help customers feel comfortable by giving them the time they need to order and pay.

Ordered a large cheese rangoons and a plate online, the order said large rangoons, the receipt said large, the sticker they placed on the packaging says large, but they gave me a small. The price difference without tax is $7.50 so I paid 10 dollars for 3 rangoons instead of 2.50 Edit: from 3 stars to 1 star I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and chalked it up to 1 simple mistake but I ordered again and it happened again, I've given panda express $15 dollars for a total of 6 rangoons. How many of the workers have a kindergarten grade reading level that they don't see it's a large order. How can they not tell the difference between 3 and 12 rangoons. Something needs to change.
